The assistant manager Katina is the nicest, most polite worker they have! She is always so pleasant and always says thank you for your patience, thank you for waiting if there is a line, etc. she never gets flustered or loses patience when it gets crazy busy in there. And Garvey working the counter is also more than pleasant! The customer service at this place is exceptional, thanks to Ms. Williams, the assistant manager, and Garvey, who works on weekends. They are incredibly respectful and friendly. What sets this fast food joint apart is that they consistently serve fresh, hot meals, unlike many others that keep food sitting out for a long time. It's a rare gem in the fast-food world.
