Backwoods Crossing catered our wedding a few weeks ago and did an OUTSTANDING job! We had guests from all over the country and they all commented on how wonderful the food was. Everything they serve is farm to table. We had crab cake balls, bacon wrapped scallops, and the best stuffed mushrooms you have ever tasted.For our dessert we had a vision of a donut cake. I visit Backwoods Crossing every time I pass through Tallahassee for business across the state of Florida. Unique preparations using fresh farm to table ingredients. This is hands down my favorite dining experience. Keep up the great job!
