The staff was friendly BUT I placed an $80 order to be ready at 1230. They open at at 1200. I got here 8 minutes early because I assumed this would be the first thing they worked on. Instead after waiting for several minutes and checking on the ETA I was told it would be 15 minutes late because they “prioritize” dine min orders. UNACCEPTABLE! If this policy is true post that “your order may be late due to prioritize dine-in’s “
Was our first visit to Bento. The staff were awesome and answered all our questions.The food was served quickly and everything was fresh and yummy!I would recommend for a fresh, filling meal.
