Wow, best exceptional customer service ever! My family of 10 on a roadtrip from West Palm Beach (some flew from Alaska & California on a military break) of course asked for Bojangles and the BO crew and food did not disappoint! They were very accommodating with our huge order and made us feel at home by making our food fresh and bringing to our tables. I eat at Bojangles regularly. The food is normally ok; but my last 2 visits were beyond exceptional. The customer service was excellent. The staff, Rona and the male manager Mick were very polite and patient with me and my order. I requested for my food to be made fresh and they accommodated me and my family without any attitude or excuses. I would definitely recommend and appreciate the service Rona gave to us. The first time I went to Bojangles, the cashier was too busy eating to the point that she couldn't answer the questions I was asking.The second time I went there, everything was perfect.Great place for chicken meals?
