They make everything fresh as can be, which is good, but the guy forgot to print my ticket or whatever tf happened, and I waited 35 min or more, for a half a cheesesteak...and there was as much bread, if not more, than there was filling.
Food here is very good but the service is terrible. I was the only one on the restaurant with 4 people working behind the counter but I waited almost 20 minutes to get my sandwich. They sliced the meat then proceeded to have a conversation with my half made sandwich just sitting there. Then some person came in screaming profane language, proceeded to cut me in line, and get their food before me. Definitely do not come here if you are in a rush. Ordered online. I got a chicken Philly, added mushrooms for a 1.70 up charge. I did not get the mushrooms I paid for. Overall pretty good but when I request mushrooms for an additional charge, I expect them.
