I love jersey mikes but this location must hire anybody! I’ve tried the drive thru several times and NEVER got serviced to the point where I know to not even attempt it anymore. When I asked about it I was told “they’re too busy and understaffed to tend to it & that it isn’t their priority. I tried giving it another chance by starting to go inside and even then I got the WORST customer service. Employees are sooooooo rude and very short with the customers. My family and I love Jerseys and visit frequently. Today we went for dinner around 6:30pm, upon walking in we saw an employee just sitting in the lobby chillin. He told us they were out of bread, no subs, and that he started his shift at 5pm and didn't have time to make any, so he was just turning people away and riding the clock. Y'all put the pick up rack back up inside the store so we don't have to wait around in a line and then get told rudely to skip everyone and walk up to the check out register.
