Soul food is definitely my thing. I had breakfast here. People smile and talk to you here. When I'm in Tallahassee, I will always find my way here. It's right across the street from FAMU.
I don't live in Tallahassee anymore, and I crave Olean's food constantly. My favorite restaurant in the world and the best soul food anywhere in my opinion. Tallahassee is so blessed to still have Olean's, I think they've been around over 20 years? I've never had the breakfast, but lunch is what you NEED. My order is mac and cheese, greens or green beans, black eyed peas, yams, and a piece of catfish. If they still have chicken and rice on Wednesday, get that. A place that many...read full review

Delicious food. What a wonderful cook! We were driving through from Oklahoma and we will make sure this will be on our itinerary when we come through this way. Thank you
