“I started out going to Coach's for lunch with co-workers. The meals were very good, but I had not tried their regular pizza. Tonight I ordered two regular pizzas and cheese knots to bring home for dinner, and I live across town (15-25 min. drive). My wife and kids have asked if it can be a regular choice for dinner from now on. The quality of the ingredients is amazing! Staff are great!!We went for the PI day pizza $3.14 for an 11" with any toppings you want. So I went a little overboard with artichokes, olives, pineapple, balsamic and fresh mozzarella and it was good. Opted for a salad before and their veggies are always fresh. I ate the salad and only one and half slices and they brought me a box to take the rest home.Even with the one per person pizza special they were having yesterday it wasn't bad - about a 40 minute wait (line went through the restaurant out the door and around the side). They were well staffed for this special as they usually are. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating - no bad attitudes.They even had someone at the door telling people to sign up for their app while they were in line so they could get free dessert. Crust was thick and crispy, cheese doesn't come off all in one bite, QUALITY toppings and a GOOD amount of them. Plus they have a different deal for every day of the week AND weekends!!Also, they're the ONLY good pizza place in town that I know of that sells pizza by the slice. “I've had the opportunity to be at Paisano's a couple of times, and the level of quality is unmatched. I've tried a couple things on the menu and I've never been disappointed with my decisions. It's always a relaxing atmosphere; never too loud or sounding like a library. Even when they were first open, the service itself seemed as if they had been open for a dozen years. I have yet to be disappointed and look forward to the next opportunity I get to return.“
