Stopped for lunch on Saturday before heading to the FSU football game so it was very busy as I expected. I have had the best experience in a long time at this Zaxbys I came in for lunch so the dining room was a little busy but the wonderful lady working the register was friendly but she was making sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. I noticed several coworkers standing around on their phones. My food was hot and fresh a.d the service made it even better thank you. Kristina for the wonderful service.

If you get a to-go order rip open the bag and check every single box. They have skipped an entire entree 3 times now. It's gotten to the point where it seems deliberate. Don't leave with your food unchecked or you just lose that money.EDIT the Manger made it right. Good on them.
