I tried their food by visiting the Son of a Brisket food truck at an event. They provided friendly service. The brisket mac and cheese was delicious: the mac and cheese could use more seasoning & cheese but it was still good; the brisket was perfectly tender and balanced out the meal.
Wow. I can’t say enough about this amazing food and service. We had the pleasure of working with Slim for a Baby Bash. We ordered food for 50 people and every single person loved the food. You MUST order the smoked wings, macaroni and cheese and pulled pork. All the other sides were delicious but those were out-of-this-world. Best bbq I'm all of Tampa. Slim the owner has catered multiple events for me and my family. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is set up and looking nice. He also works within your budget. His food is simply mouthwatering good. The brisket and Mac and cheese are my two personal favorites! Guests at my events still talk about how good the food was! Highly recommend Campbell's Catering!
