We had an awesome time once again at Cepas. We have always loved coming for the good food and drinks and this time we came for something a little more special. My husband and I decided to do something a little low key and find out our babies gender over desert. Cepas Wine and Tapas Bar is a restaurant/wine bar located in the Carrollwood area. It is a small restaurant with limited indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant does not take reservations, so expect a wait on the weekends. Things I like: The food is served tapas style and everything we tried was delicious! Nice little place with indoor and outdoor seating. Great wine selection. The Rioja Charcuterie board was awesome, as were their regular and happy hour food specials. Service was there when we needed it, but not "in your face" annoying. It was worth the 40 minute drive. We'll go again.
