I've been going to this restaurant for 30 years... at one point I was let down, but I gave it another try a few weeks ago.OMG! The Stuffed Piquillo Pepper appetizer is AMAZING! I used the bread and turned the appetizer into a sandwich. DO IT!Joe and Giuseppe at the bar were phenomenal beyond words. They took such good care of my husband and me...I can't wait to go again. Gracias Casa Columbia!!!
We visit the Columbia restaurant in Ybor City on a regular basis and always have a fantastic experience. There are a variety of gluten free options and they are served on a special blue plate. They change gloves and ensure the food is safe. They have a bag of plantain chips available (in lieu of Cuban bread) as a starter. What a fantastic restaurant with great table side service. The 1905 Salad was delicious and so was the Grouper Jimmy. Would highly recommend this place. I am visiting from Detroit and will definitely come back.
