I come here usually three times a week, and this is mainly out of convenience. The service here has went completely downhill in the last three months. I've always utilized the app and never had to wait. Now, I wait on average 7-10 minutes. The guy who works behind the counter is always full of excuses. I'm looking forward to Starbucks coming so that I'll have a choice now.
