“So... there are so many sandwich shops around! I had never been inside of a Jimmy John's at all until 2 days ago. Initially the experience wasn't so great. I didn't know what I was getting and the person at the register was in a major rush. I get it.. it was the height of lunch rush... but I called and today I spoke with Andy. He is a manager here. When I tell you that he was knowledgeable, understanding, and knew exactly how to take care of a customer, that cannot be overstated! Absolutely incredible!!!! Kudos!!! The do-over was so much better than I could've asked for!!!“

If you go with a bunch of difficult people who won't speak up so the employees can hear them and ask also for the most custom possible sandwiches, the employees may get a little grumpy the third time you bring back a sandwich to say it was made wrong. My personal experience as a non-difficult person who doesn't need to heavily customize everything because I am a normal human being? Just fine!“

“Freaky fast and delicious always! The staff is always friendly. When it's a quick lunch day, we always choose Jimmy John's! The new pasta salad is amazing! Love the club LuLu. Sandwich or unwiched! “First off, I really liked the customer service here. Everyone was just, ya know, friendly and laid back. There was no stress. That makes me less stressed. Store was clean and welcoming. I wanted a sandwich on wheat bread which they were able to provide. It was quite enjoyable, and I am sure I will be back for another one. “Talk about freaky fast. We order for this location a few times a month and are never disappointed. Dropped my wife off, grabbed gas next door and she was ready before I was done filling up. “It's been a real long time since I've been to a JJ. I came in not sure of what I wanted. The staff there was so nice and patient. I finally decided to try a new wrap that came out. The wrap was pretty good. I have to thank the two young gentlemen that were so patient for their time. I will have to start visiting regularly.“
