“There is no finer place to go in the Tampa Bay Area than Walk On’s - Midtown. Great food, a friendly staff and a great selection of drinks. Whether you wish to watch a game, meet with friends or take the family out for a nice time, Walk On’s - Midtown. Is your spot. Every place in town serves food and drink however, it is people that bring you back… and Walk On’s has the best staff in the area!“
“Great food and usually great service. I visit as often as i can. The "Pallardy" is great and a large plate. Drinks are interesting. The decor outside is whimsical and fun. Best to get reservations though because they are always busy.“
“Went on a Saturday night. A lot of movement but didn’t have to wait long to get a seat. The food was delicious, from starters to dessert - excellent and very fresh seafood-focused menu? But with plenty other options. Environment was very pleasant and the staff were super welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended and I’ll certainly be coming back for more meals!PS: try the miso-chili broccoli!“
“I demolished it sorry no pics! LOL! Speedy service fresh food…reasonably priced! My coworker told me to try it out soooo glad I did! The atmosphere is quaint the food delicious! I will definitely be back Mr.&Mrs Crab (once my favorite) might have to make some room for Dummy Crabby! Right now they have a BOGO deal HURRY UP AND BUY! Lol (no paid advertisement just enjoy good food & good music! Be blessed Dummy Crabby“
“All of our dishes were awesome, except for our artichokes appetizers. The artichokes were ok but seemed they came right from a jar. We had the artichokes a year ago and they were awesome, and we went back to Seasos 52 because of the artichokes.“
“We are regulars at Fleming's Tampa and had dinner there this past Saturday night. I wanted to pen this review to highlight a server that goes above and beyond every single time we are in. Her name is Amber and she works the bar area. Amber is a top notch server, attentive, friendly and always anticipates your needs. What I think really sets her apart from other servers is that she always makes us feel like we are her only station that night. She takes time to ask about our day, she remembers what we like to drink, she never makes us feel rushed. I see her interacting with other customers and she is exactly the same way with all. Amber absolutely is a shinning example of why Jessy and I love the bar at Fleming's so much. We are both super excited for the new Fleming's under that is construction!Lloyd & Jessy Thomas“
“If I could give this location a 100 out of 10 I would! This Capital Grille is the best! The experience I had was phenomenal from start to finish.Amber was one of the best servers I have ever had and was so detailed oriented, tentative and made a very special day between my partner and I more amazing than we could’ve imagined.I’m just honestly blown away by the service this specific location was able to obtain throughout the high volume and demand of tables needing served. The food was also another impeccable aspect of this location. The balance and flavor the dishes had were so well made/seasoned there was no need for any additional salt, pepper or other table side seasonings.I could go on and on about my experience but to sum up my review, Go To This Location.“
“Enjoyed my vacation here by closing out my vacation with an exceptional dining experience. Friendly from the door to our exit appetizer arrived in perfect timinbalong with the rest of our meal. Gentleman named Bradley or Brad was absolutely above average. Could talk a little less but great guy.out rainbow trout .and my wife's smoky butter filet was superbly cooked. Will visit next trip n a few months nice job goes o the general manager for such a diverse staff n control of the establishment' Nicely done“
“I love an American Steakhouse and Charley's is up there as one of the best. It is a real dining experience. The menu has all the usual steakhouse favourites and the Shrimp Cocktail being one of my personal favourites. It was a good one too although on the highly priced side at $31 for just 3 shrimp even at a fine dining steakhouse. My NY Strip was very good too as were the sides of Broccolini and Loaded Mashed Potatoes. For me the best bit was the Butter Cake Dessert though, boy it was divine!! It was a fine dining price at US$282 (before tip) for two of us with just one glass of Pinot Noir. A very nice meal though with great service, nice ambience and quality food cooked just right.“
“We really appreciated that we could put our name on the wait-list for a table and give our cell number to be texted when a table was ready, as it allowed us some time to walk around a bit. Table was ready in almost exactly the promised 30 minutes. Our waiter, Daniel, was pleasant and attentive, and very funny. Both he and another waiter who was a friend of his would check on us and make sure we had what we needed and were happy with our food. We had the gnocchi with chicken and the "Ricardo" pizza (I don't usually get pizza at Italian restaurants but I wanted something light as I wasn't super hungry). My pizza was fantastic, clearly made with quality cheese, mushrooms, and meat with a sauce that wasn't overpowering or made the crust too wet. The gnocchi was good, but not impressive or anything. The portions were big, and we had plenty of leftovers to take back to the hotel for lunch the next day.“
“Great casual Peruvian restaurant. Excellent service and ceviche was super fresh and tasty. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable as it relates to menus, ingredients (wife follows gluten free diet) Will be coming back!“
“If you want to go out for Thai food - definitely go to Pinto Thai! I love the food, the ownership is responsive and cares about being part of the community. I even had a situation that was a little off once and they called the next day to make it right...they care. Please visit Pinto Thai if you are in the area.“
“Romain’s service was amazing, he was definitely sent from heaven above. You guys may think of the romain empire everyday but I just think of Romain the man at Eddie V’s.His recommendations were FABOLOUS!!!11/10 experience….will definitely be back!Daniel was also very helpful and amazing!!“
“Lorita's gets FIVE STARS for service, quality, and ambiance. The food came out in a flash, and the prices were a pleasant surprise for the quality you get. I enjoyed a steak quesadilla - it was both large and bursting with flavor! They offer boba tea and margaritas to perfectly complement your meal. With covered patio seating, it's the ideal spot to enjoy Tampa's sunny days. I can’t wait to try it again!“
“An esthetically beautiful place with stylish interior, good quality service, an acceptable, but not outstanding food. First disappointment was when I was greeted by one of hostesses who did not smile or made me feel welcome. She also provided lunch menus instead of brunch menus as it seemed that doing her job was a bother to her. Luckily, our server, Frankie, was great, and he made sure we got the attention we needed. He described Predalina as a Seafood-Driven Mediterranean Cuisine restaurant, explained in details various menu items, and made some food recommendations. However, when one of my friends received her Crab Benedict, lump crab patty was extremely dry / overcooked and poached eggs that are usually the star of any eggs Benedict, to our great disappointment, looked more like hard-boiled eggs. Manager stopped by the table to take the benedict back to substitute for an omelet. Myself and my other friend ordered an omelet each also, I just added avocado to mine. I'd give this omelet 4.5 stars. It came with a side salad + roasted tomato, spinach, onion, feta, chive inside the omelet, crispy potato, and a toasted sourdough on a side - which was so delish! My hazelnut latte was 3/5 only because hazelnut syrup tasted artificially, but both of my friends really enjoyed their decaf latte as well as lavender chai latte. One more thing I would like to mention is that it was very cold inside. *Parking: you can park at $4 per hour at E. Cumberland Avenue parking garage with plenty of space available or use a valet for $30+. I look forward to trying this place for dinner. Hoping for a 5-star experience next time.“
“Went to the restaurant with my daughter, prices are expensive enjoyed the food but couldn't afford what we wanted so had to settle for a cheaper meal, everything changes on their menu since Covid19 but I enjoyed the meal.the soup that we ordered was terrible...“
“What a fun place for dinner and drinks. My party had Beef short ribs, lemon chicken and grilled fish. The bread plate and artichokes were great to wake up the palate.Everything was superb! It can be difficult to find a reservation, so plan ahead!“
“For the budget conscious diner. Two appetizers, Crab Cakes cup of soup; Two dinners, Salmon and Snapper; one martini drink; 20% tip $160.00. I was a fantastic meal and great atmosphere to share with close friends visiting from out of town. Highly recommended for those special occasions.“
“This place truly captures the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. The shawarma is delicious, falafel is crispy, kebbeh is bursting with flavor, and the baba ghanoush is simply divine. It’s a genuine, must-try experience for anyone craving authentic Mediterranean dishes!Vegetarian options: Really good vegetarian options“
“It was my very first time eating at a ramen restaurant and I was not disappointed. The service and ambiance were excellent and the waiter was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The food arrived very quickly and everything was very fresh and nicely displayed it was totally more than I expected. I will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Give them a try.“
“I LOVE this restaurant!!! My experience from walking in was A-, my server ANDREW, was super awesome and went above and beyond!!! We went with glasses of wine, since we were drinking a red and white, he offered bottles, and said we could take them with us, I love the red was slightly chilled, we should have listened to him as we had several of each...I had the veal and it was good, but a bit thin for the price and the sauce needed something, he offered great options like more parsley, cheese, garlic and even more sauce....I would give the dish 4/5, my date got the lobster/crab ravioli and it was good but needed SALT, Andrew described it PERFECTLY and you could tell it was FRESH, I just needed more salt....4/5.....I will definitely be back!“
“Went for a day after Valentines Day dinner, which was our first time here. The food and the service were great. The atmosphere was modest and had the feel of a neighborhood tavern, but it did not take away from the quality of the food and service. It's not something we do all the time due to the price but will definitely return.“
“Love it. Second Riverside I know closer to me. At least this location well plan with nicer interior. Table is well place and room for dining. We start with the conch fritters. Good value and enough conch meat. Fritter fried correctly. The second dish is the blackened 15 shrimp blackened shrimp a la carte. The shrimp is big. Good blackened seasoning. The last dish is the 15 fried shrimp. I like the coating. Overall is good seafood place. The combo plate is affordable. Value for the seafood also good.“
“The worker are very nice although she speaks Spanish she types on her phone in English to tell me my price and things i want to add or take off i love how sweet she is the cook is very nice also i go there all the time the cuban sandwiches are so good better then other sandwich shops i say go there all the food is good“
“Busier than usual with the top floor getting renovated. Great ambiance, good service and good food. Burger done right, fish tacos were good and liked the rice and beans side with them. With the construction of big condo units we now miss the direct sunset but great views and ambiance non the less.“
“Awesome wine tastings and great service. Our tasting person was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We also enjoyed another cocktail and appetizers in the restaurant. We are wine club members and just upgraded our membership... If you go every month it is a great value.“
“The food and service at The Pearl was wonderful. We were visiting Tampa for the first time and this restaurant was on the Tampa Golf Cart Tour. After our tour guide explained that it was new as well as delicious, I immediately made reservations and The Pearl did not disappoint!! My fiancé ordered the shrimp and grits which he said was amazing! The deviled eggs are served displayed on this cute chicken egg holder for lack of knowing what to call the kitchen gadget but they were definitely delicious! I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich .... Very tasty and much better quality in comparison to any fried other fried chicken sandwich from restaurants in the same category. I highly recommend going here for any meal offered. We will be back.“
“A Roy wow amazing food even better service combine combine all of that and it was a Roy wow this place you must go to and try the waiter fit right in with my family funny kind and made us lough we tried a lot of different food some almost gone in the pick but was so good forgot to take the picks oh had to update and add the old fashion pic and review presentation was perfect and taste even better“
“First time here. Husband and I came for the all you can eat crablegs. it's a cute place. Crab legs were good and came with peel and eat shrimp also. Loved the fries. We will be back to try other menu items. Thank you for great service.“
“Heather our waitress was absolutely Amazing and over the top with excellent service! My husband and I have never in all our days of eating out had a more complete and enjoyable experience from Heather! Highly recommended for Heather as your waitress. I know when we come back will always ask to have her serve us if she is available! Thank you J Alexander for an excellent hire! Food as always-Excellent“
“Ordered takeout from Shells twice on vacation. I think they do a lot of takeout (shelves upfront, well-packed takeout bags, etc). We enjoyed everything we had - clam chowder, seafood pasta, mahi mahi, fried combo platter, cole slaw, cheesecake and key lime pie. Prices are incredibly reasonable compared to other seafood places in this part of Tampa.“
“I have been going to The Taste of Boston since it was first opened. I knew the original owners. Now, it's been brought by new owners for a while now. They have superior food, excellent service, a menu with a lot of selection, great prices, and a great view of the bay, in Tampa Bay. The staff is friendly, and prompt to deliver the food. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a relaxing time near the bay. I wanted to add that they are also pet friendly.“
“First time at the Salt Shack today and my wife and I were blown away by how awesome the experience. First, the setting is unbelievable, right on the bay, many outside tables actually on a beach overlooking the water. Also, inside tables that make you feel like you're outside. The food was absolutely first class, both in presentation and quality. The Ahi Tuna with avocado was the best I've ever had. Had the Fish Spread, Grouper Bites and absolutely the best Crab Cakes ever. All their sauces are homemade and delicious. Prices are reasonable, especially for the freshness of all the dishes. We will definitely go back, and often.“
“We were looking for a new place to try, and I'm so glad we found this one! The host and hostess were super nice as soon as we walked in the door. We were a little early for our reservation, but they seated us immediately. (The seat in the booth needed to be recovered, but it wasn't horrendous.) Our waitress (Azaria) came right over and got our drinks and asked if we had questions. Being our first visit, we had plenty. She was so super nice and helpful. She gave us a few minutes and came back to get our order. Azaria came back to the table with an order of their pretzels because she thought it was taking a while for our food. As she was grabbing the pretzels, she realized our food was being plated and that it would be out in a few minutes. My husband ordered the ribeye, and I ordered the filet. Our steaks were both cooked perfectly, and my baked potato was SO good. It wasn't like most that have been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The inside was light and fluffy, and the jacket was perfectly seasoned and not rubbery at all! It was such a great experience. We will absolutely be back! Their menu has a little of everything, but it's not overwhelming. You will NOT leave hungry or disappointed.“
“On a recommendation from the Comfort Suites staff down the street I gave them a try. Wow they are right! Food is songbook, nice portion size and fair price. The Pad Kee Mao or Drunken Noodles were perfect. The right amount of sauce, not swimming in it, and the proportions of items to noodles was well balanced. Wish I had more time to go back. Owners are a husband and wife team and she is from Thailand. Cannot get more authentic than that.“
“I visited Mr. and Mrs. Crab on a Friday evening for dinner, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and my server was outstanding. He provided me with excellent recommendations for a cocktail, and I decided to try the Hennessy lemonade, which was a delightful choice. For my main course, I ordered a half pound of snow crab legs with the signature Mr. and Mrs. Crab sauce. The combination of the juicy crab meat with the flavorful sauce was simply mouthwatering. I also had a side of corn, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with freshness, though the potato was a bit underwhelming in comparison.Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at Mr. and Mrs. Crab and I can't wait to return.“
“First time here, came on a recommendation. They said it was a hidden gem and boy were they right. Seems to be a family owned business and the service was with a smile but the food was the star. Portion size and flavor was amazing. We got the grouper and shrimp and we'll definitely be back to try some more of the menu.“
“Unbelievable! So fresh and tasty you will be thrilled with anything on this amazing menu.Howie is so welcoming and created a beautiful poke salmon bowl like no other, the conch fritters from his receipes from his native St Croix were out of this world, my husband a fried grouper connasauar loved his sandwich. The food is so fresh, presentation awesome, taste terrific!“
“Small restaurant with a huge selection of delicious comfort foods from oxtails to wings and sandwiches. Food was excellent. Want a full course meal for a good price? drop by Pappys for a hefty take out or dine in meal. It's family owned.“
“Ordered two grouper sandwiches to go. Parking is definitely tight. This is a neighborhood fish market, not a fancy restaurant. But I care more about quality and cost. There were 3 grouper patties on one sandwich! The fries were totally fresh out of the basket. My 8 yr doesn't like fish and he said it was amazing. Definitely a great place to grab grouper. I'm a grouper fan and most places cost a lot but the grouper is not worth returning. We will be back. This will be a place we will save in our favorites.Parking: Very small lot shared with a hair salon.“
“Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Nice music was playing in the background. All the staff that we dealt with were very hospitable. Our friendly, courteous, attentive, honestly conversational attendant Sam really made us feel welcome, comfortable, and at home. It's the first time I've been back down home since 1993, and your southern friendliness stirred up something in me I haven't felt that many years. Thank you Sam. I didn't tell you at the time, but I want you to know that I really appreciate the service you gave love and love you extended with it. You the kind of people I remember from growing up in the south as a kid. Genuine!“
“Nice place to do some water side dining. Our server Noah was really good. There were about 3 conventions going on at the hotel; it was a mad house.Because of that the food did take a bit. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry. The food was good. Ordered lots of seafood. The charred octopus was delicious. Two big tentacle chucks to cut up.The Grouper dip was amazing. Our kids are up both of these. The Grouper sandwich was ok. The fillet itself was great. Just probably would have been better on rice instead of on a bun.The cuban was tasty. All in all, we didn't expect to run into all the conventions, and the staff was great at still staying attentive to us in the chaos.I would go back.“
“Delicious and generously portioned, grouper sandwich. Although the onion rings are hand battered and crispy, and I could tell that the fry oil is fresh, they had very little taste otherwise.Do not expect a luxury environment. It is definitely a mom and pop shop which I liked.“
“My complaint is that this place doesn't open until 11. The chicken is too good not be opened sooner. THE CHICKEN IS FIREEEE. I don't know what they do other than lace it with crack to keep 'em coming back. I haven't been able to try the other menu options because I can't get away from the chicken. By far the best wings I have had in a LONG time. There is a group of us at work that will be ordering for the 2nd day in a row.“
“It was our first time visiting this restaurant and trying out Peruvian cuisine for my son’s birthday, and everything turned out perfectly. The seemingly owner and our waitress were very friendly, service was great, food quality/portion/price is great as well. We will definitely come back.“
“Neat location with many counter service options for everyone! The fish and chips were great. I went with the cod but could also have tried grouper (such a Florida option). Fries were thin cut and hush puppies were magical. The sweet heat sauce was def more heat than sweet but great for both the chicken and the fish.“
“Very warm and welcoming place, amazing atmosphere and staff is really nice. It has that local pub/shack/diner roadstop vibe that you may like.Avoid if you’re looking for a fine dining experience, this is not it.Do go if you’re looking for authenticity and an eclectic experience !There are even cats in the courtyard outside, so definitely a place for cat lovers (avoid if you don’t like animals hehe).I wanted to try two iconic foods from the place: fried gator tail and fried green tomatoes.I also had a Caesar salad topped with blacked fish. Everything was really good. The salad had a bit too much dressing for my taste, but that might be because I’m not used to American cuisine. My main regret was that the plates, utensils and glasses were all single-use plastics or cardboard, I wish they had metal utensils and reusable tableware.Nevertheless, would recommend to anyone looking for iconic Floridian dishes and great ambiance!“
“If you're looking for that ideal Tropical island atmosphere with great food and top notch drinks, look no further! Bahama Breeze is tucked into a beautiful location right on the water on Old Tampa Bay, close to the Westshore and St Petersburg. There's ample parking and hotels nearby if you're visiting from out of “
“The grouper sandwich was good but way over priced. The size of the grouper was about 11/2" wide 2.5" long. For 26.95 the fish should have been 4 times the size. My wife had scallops. Had 6 scallops for 26.95. way over priced. Food portions are real sad for the price. Total bill was $90.35. should have been 1/3 the price. The calamare was loaded with onion strips to make it appear like a lot of food. Also over priced for the amount of portion. Very disappointed. Service was good but portions terrible for the price. We will not be back. I like to support the little guy but this place is way out there.“
“Ponte does not disappoint! I took my husband there last night for his birthday and from start to finish, it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant and modern but not ostentatious or garish. The food and drinks were creative, expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and unbelievably delicious. And I cannot say enough about the staff. From Samantha, the hostess; Tyler, the manager; Bill, our server; and Matt, the sous chef; to the young man serving the bread and the multiple other staff who kept our water glasses full, everyone was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and engaging. Samantha, in particular, handled a very aggressive and arrogant disgruntled man in the most diplomatic and professional manner. And this man was so aggressive that my husband and I almost intervened on Samantha’s behalf. But her diplomacy and professionalism did not waiver. To say she impressed us is an understatement. All in all, this was by far one of the best, if not the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. We will definitely return.“
