“After having a very stressful and hard day hubby and I decided to stop by and get a frap and latte. Kasey was the most outstanding barista. Nowadays we don’t feel welcome but today was a different story a smile changes moods and after having her recommended us a drink we can say that it was wonderful tasting and service with a smile never gets old . Thank you for being so attentive and great at what you do will be returning to see that smile. Kasey hope I spelled it right.“

“Excellent service, food and coffee. In comparison to the Starbucks on 56th street, this Starbucks maintains the standard of excellence. No matter how rushed, they are always friendly, they acknowledge you and has never messed up a cup of coffee. The food is always fresh and when you ask them to warm it up, it's actually hot, as opposed to the one on 56th street, I have had to ask them to "re-warm" it each time. This is all to say that although they are busy, they treat you kindly and give you what you actually ordered. I have been going to Starbucks for years and this location always has a good cup of coffee and the food is always on point. The morning crew is spectacular. They should take a trip down the street and go train the ones on 56th and Bertha. I ordered from Bertha this morning, it was so bad I had to throw it away. No need for a re-make.. it's always bad, diluted coffee and stale food. I digress... this Starbucks and it's crew is FABULOUS!“

“I’ve been going to this Starbucks since they opened: their drinks are always good, they’re in the neighborhood, but the main reason I visit multiple times a week is that the people who work there are the absolute nicest humans! Kira, Omar, Patrick, Aaliyah, Taylor, and EVERYONE are always so sweet and so kind. They treat me like a queen every time and, far more importantly, treat my little dog like a prince! He might like going there even more than I do. Visiting this Starbucks location is truly often the highlight of my day!“

“Brian is absolutely amazing he is super dedicated and knows me and my order as soon as I walk in the door. He is super nice and I enjoy my conversations with him. He is polite and efficient making sure to get everyone’s order done in a timely manor. I have never had an issue at this Starbucks ever and my experiences have always been pleasant I enjoy coming in every time to get my drink before I go into work and when I see Brian he goes out of his way to make the experience even more special!! “Stumbling up to the counter for my 1st cup of coffee (At 60 years old, I need it) I was greeted by a very cheerful, friendly and enthusiastic young man named Alex. Everybody in the service, business and hospitality business could take a lesson from this kid. Service, with a smile, courteous, and polite. Made my drink perfectly, my wife’s was a bit too sweet and they happily remade her drink order. What a great and pleasant experience in this day of poor customer service.The whole staff was extremely pleasant, and this place runs like a well oil machine! Kudos to the managers of this Starbucks. Keep the caffeine coming and keep up the good work, you guys rock!“

“The employees were all very attentive and focused on getting everyone what they wanted as quickly as possible, on top of being very polite. Every time I have been to this particular location I have always been in and out at a way faster pace than pretty much any other Starbucks I've been to, and my orders are always correct.Vegetarian options: I love the fact that they have plenty of options that are strictly vegetarian.Wheelchair accessibility: There is always plenty of space if a wheelchair is needed.“

“Incredible customer service... Tonya is exceptional!! She took care of both my pup and I. ! I love it when you don't have to spell everything out for employees and they just get it. She is a thinker! To me, it's sometimes the small things that count. I asked her forone thing and she knew there was a better solution and took care of it . I love that!! For food, I always get the same thing and it's always good!!! And truthfully, the environment/ambiance is good too! Finally, I always have such great experiences at this Starbucks!!“

“I got to this location a lot and the team is always super friendly and helpful BUT TODAY - above and beyond! Was having an off day so I stopped by and just wanted something ✨cozy✨ (it’s rainy and cool out). They asked me a few questions and when I got to the window, the drink that they made me was amazing!! It’s a chia with oat milk and brown sugar- no water. It should just be added to the menu! Such a fun experience and the team member/s really made my day. Thank you for the fun experience and for always been so lovely My day has officially gotten better cause yall were in it!“

“The employees are always very nice at this location. The Baristas always do a great job and will adjust the temp if you ask them too.Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple handicapped parking spots and it is level ground from parking lot to the door.“

“Came in for my usual green tea with strawberry açaí base. This time I got strawberry inclusion also. So freaking good and I'm addicted to this drink! Service was good and they got the drink correct. All that counts in my book. My croissant was nice and warm and tasted great also.“

“Shopping wore me done, and I skipped lunch, so this Starbucks was an oasis for me. The baristas were friendly and helpful. They warmed up my ham and cheese croissant & gave me a requested cup of ice water. I took a seat in the small area, and though it was a little loud, it was comfortable. My croissant was delicious and the ice water was refreshing. I don't come here often as it's not the closest Starbucks, but if I lived closer! I'd be here often! Now on to more shopping!“

“Great location. Spacious w indoor and outdoor seating. Quick service. The one thing you need to consider is parking. Parking is $5/hr, they do compliment parking but only $10. So, if you are staying more than a couple hours, plan to pay for parking. Also, you'll park downstairs and need to park in a spot that is not reserved.“

“1st time here and the staff was patient and accommodating.I do wish SB would keep the size short coffee cups in stock. It never fails, every SB I've visited they are always out. Not everyone wants a small-xlarge cup of coffee. Something to consider SB.“

“Not my favorite Bucks. No ambiance. Warehouse feeling. Dead look in the eyes of the furniture. Going to find a shop with more character. Maybe something with a Himylayan vibe. Not sure what that means but it sounds as hipster as wire rimmed spectacles and mechanical bulls. Free napkins but no free love.Kid-friendliness: No running boys and girls. Sip your coffee and stay still.“

“Super Friendly. I wasn't sure of what I wanted the day I went there, and explained to the barista what I liked. What she recommend was THE Best Coffee Ever! (...Salted Caramel Cold Brew with a little bit of cream) ? ☕️It was the perfect balance of full coffee flavor, with the perfect amount of sweetness.“

“I completely messed up and sent my mobile order to the wrong location about 20 minutes away. I realized I did this as I was pulling in. Didn't want to make a fuss about it so I re ordered my drinks and fully expected to pay. When I got to the window I asked if they had the number of the other location so I could let them know they could give those drinks away or take them for themselves! The girl working at the window around 6:45am (I think her name was Diana) deserves an award for customer service. I had no problem paying for new drinks since it was my mistake, but she went ahead and didn't charge me for my 2 coffees. As someone who goes to Starbucks daily, I truly do appreciate her doing this and will come back to this location whenever I'm in this area. Thank you for making my day!“

“Soo I bought a drink and it turned out great! Despite the reviews I still came and ordered my usual chia tea latte with light ice, tasted the same as always-DELICIOUS! My friend bought a nitro cold brew with pumpkin cream on the bottom and top of the drink and they delivered. Plus it was a perfect temperature inside the building, not too cold like usual starbucks are. The crew was chill too they weren't rude or nothing“

“Had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. The service was great, the people were friendly. The service was also fast, we got our order very quickly. Most importantly, the vibe in the entire location is excellent. The decor is awesome very modern, a place that I'd like to come even work remotely. Lots of seating area. Even an outdoor area to go hang out.“

“The drinks are always delicious and the staff is really nice and efficient at this location. However the parking lot situation is a big mess! If you enter from Linebaugh Avenue and try to go through the drive thru - you better hope there isn't already a line because if so you have to just wait until someone lets you cut them. I've seen things get heated between drivers over this. Plus, there's no way to circle around the building to get to the back of the line - instead it just puts you in the drive thru line and you're stuck. This store was just recently remodeled this year and I'm shocked this was such a huge oversight. Starbucks needs to either put a do not enter sign at the Linebaugh entrance or add a wrap around lane next to the drive thru lane.“

“I made a mistake on an order. Props to an excellent employee for correcting it for me.??⭐️??⭐️??⭐️??⭐️??⭐️??➡️➡️ SHARON⬅️⬅️was more than willing to adjust it for me, even though she did not have to. She went way above and beyond and was very helpful. These days customer service is at an all time low so to come across an employee who is very accommodating and helpful to the customer, without any attitude, is very rare. Not only did she lack a negative attitude, but she was extremely polite and professional, and did it with a smile. Such a small gesture on her part created a huge impact on a customer. “Stopped in to work on my homework assignment. A young female comes in, sit down and puts her head on rhe table, and the male manager walks over and politely asks to please sit up, as soo. As he walks off she puts her head back on the table. The manager politely asks the young lady three times to sit up before notifying the police and asking her to.leave the establishment. The Manger handled the situation professionally, and give him 5 stars for a job we done.“

“Nothing negative to say other than I do agree with other reviews that the line can get pretty backed up and they could be slow at times, especially depending on when you go. Located inside Target. My drink tasted great so I was happy, despite having to wait a bit to get up to order.“

“I work at UT and come here almost every morning to get some coffee, the morning crew is always super sweet and amazing and make my drink perfectly each time (sad to say they know my name & order now lol)! There is plenty of seating and I've even had a few meetings with coworkers here. **Please note that this is the college campus Starbucks. While it is open to the public & you can pay using the Starbucks app, you cannot spend stars here. It is also likely that they may run out of some food & drink items faster than most Starbucks since the GP is student based and they run off of this stuff. They also open at 8am vice the normal 5:30-6am.“

“This location is always busy, but the team is full of rock stars! Everyone is so friendly and the interactions are very personal. They know my orders better than I do. Cassie, Moe, Kaylene, Angel, Lindsey, Peyton, Jasmine, Kiana, they definitely keep this location afloat.“

“I love Jess who works here! She is so pleasant and funny! You can spot her from all the pins that she has on her apron. I wish there was a Jess at all my Starbucks I would go every morning. She is such a light and has made my experience at this Starbucks such a joyfilled one.“

“Overall a really nice starbucks! The baaristas are super kind and the drinks are great. My only reason for giving it four stars and not five is the lack of parking. If you come at the wrong time (I found noon and 3pm to be the worst) it can be difficult to find parking. Sometimes the drive through line goes onto the main road! Otherwise, a great place to sit down and enjoy a coffee.Parking: There are two handicap spots available as well as one specifically for compact cars (this is right next to the drive thru). There is also a bike rack for locking your bike safely.“

“During our last stay (separate review - rated 1 out 5), the coffee was so poor in the room (was fine in the breakfast buffet area), my wife had to go down to the attached Starbucks (right off the lobby inside the Embassy Suites) to get some good coffee. Starbucks was its usual good consistency and good and friendly customer service.“

“Cashier was friendly and ring me up and checked my giftcard balance without me asking. I loved my Grande Caramel Macchiato (hot). Also I asked for a cup of water- I was expecting some small dinky cup, but they gave ice water in a large cup. It's those little things. Great customer service. Pleasant surprise.“

“This Starbucks is located in the Target on N. Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa. We come here frequently when we are shopping at Target. I've never had any issues at this Starbucks....staff has always been super friendly and they've always had the drinks available when I order. Drinks are made well and taste great. The line does get pretty long depending on how many baristas they have working, which typically is only 1-2. I'll continue coming here!!“

“The crew in shift this minute at this location did a phenomenal job. One was multitasking taking orders on to registers. Orders came quickly, and even the manager was in the floor helping move things along. At TGH so it’s not a large Starbucks. Not much space for more that getting your order, eating/drinking, and lvn. Props to the staff. Job well done!“

“I don't know what's going on at this starbucks but every drink is 100x better at this starbucks than any other. I drive to campus and battle the campus traffic/parking just to get coffee from this specific starbucks. Thank you guys, keep up to sensational work!!“

“I'd give them 5 stars if the prices weren't absolutely outrageous. Comfortable environment and nice outdoor sitting area. Employees were friendly, and I got my order quickly. Once my gift card is used up I won't be coming here any more... the drinks are good but too expensive for what they are. You can get similar drinks from almost anywhere these days at half the price or even less.“

“Have to hand it to the early a.m. employees at this location—They handled super long lines of anxious bar-exam-takers starting at 6:30 a.m. both mornings (7/26 and 7/27). Unfortunately, I can't remember their names, but the young man preparing the drinks and both young women at the register (a short haired blonde and a brunette) all handled things very efficiently and it was much appreciated by all the exam-takers trying to get their morning caffeine fix.“

“Starbucks in TPA... I'll give you a 4. Why? Because your coffee and the fact that I can mobile order in the airport was a bonus on Tuesday morning when the line was long. Serious snaps high on this. Cause I needed some caffeine and clearly they got it going on with the mobile ordering. Phew! Needless to say I sat at my gate... ordered my caffeine fix... mosey'ed over to Starbucks grabbed my coffee from the pickup area and went back over to my gate and sat down again to sip my coffee. I then boarded my flight with coffee in tow back to New York. Was the caffeine fix good? Yep. My curiosity is are they consistent? Will I know? Probably not. Will I frequent this Starbucks? Only when I'm leaving TPA to get home to JFK but it sure is note worthy for the mobile order.“
