I ordered a sandwich through Uber Eats & the UE driver dropped the wrong order off at my door. It was from a totally different restaurant. I called Jersey Mikes to let them know they can toss my order since I wouldn’t be able to pick it up myself due to work and they sent one of their employees to my location to deliver my order. Manager from Jersey is the real deal. Great customer service. Been to about 20 Jersey Mikes in the United States and never had service like this. Made me felt welcomed.Need more people like him in United States!

i have to say this Jersey Mikes in Tarpon is really good. i am from Philadelphia land of the Cheesesteak's. i dont know what it is in this Area, Nobody can make pizza or cheesesteaks here! Thank Goodness i found Jersey mikes here. it even smells like a Philly Deli when you walk in. A++++ Highly recommend Jersey Mike in Tarpon.
