I joined the Sip Club about a year ago and enjoy the charged lemonade. With a lawsuit pending regarding the caffeine content they have placed this self serve product behind the counter. Recently it has become a hassle trying to get service and asking for a combo of 2 flavors. The staff is friendly and busy but overwhelmed at times. Haven't visited for a long time n will not return. Children working behind counter couldn't care what you are there for. I'm bothering them by even coming in and now they have to work..place has certainly gone down hill. Food disappointing. Wish I knew how to post pictures of kids turkey sandwich meal...pathetic ?
The only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one is because of the staff, who are very friendly and helpful. Let me start by saying my review has nothing to do with this location, but Panera as a whole. This place was expensive 20 years ago, but nowhere near this bad.
