Love Krystals but we waited a long time to get our food. Went inside to eat and all the drive thru cars were getting their food faster. Manager did come out and explain that 1 grill was down and our food was hot when we received it. They could do a better job of cleaning the tables as most were dirty. We will go back but hope they improve. ?
I went to Krystals at 1am in the morning. There is no wait in the drive thru, so I was able to put my order in right away. I drove up and was met with a cheerful and helpful young man at the window. My order was given to me right away and was hot and fresh. A really good meal experience and I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Best late night spot I've been to in a long time.
