This cozy little restaurant is always hopping, and for good reason--the food is always outstanding! While we love our snowbirds, it does create a challenge for us locals to get a table at this place. However, the wait is always worth it. We've never had a bad meal here. From their shrimp and grits to their steaks to their fish dishes, the dinners are always prepared to perfection. The Chill & Grill is a little stand alone restaurant situated by itself on the side of U.S. 1 near Wabasso, Florida.The kitchen is visible at the back of the dining room. The food is great but the menu is limited as is seating and parking. Very attached to this place due to the fine food and outstanding service. It doesn't look like much from the road but the setting is very convivial. A few specials like steaks and brisket. We want for the shrimp and grits which were terrific. I had a delicious snapper. The dessert was excellent.
