I Love Cobalt! We were celebrating my birthday, 5 people. The food was fantastic as always, Here comes the BUT. The service was awful. The servers totally mixed up the food delivery. Some of the food was cold. Breakfast food is not good cold. They actually totally forgot my order. 10 minutes after everyone received their food I had to find someone to let them know. Service was slow Food was average at best . we were given the wrong drink. Hasseled about the gift certificate that was given to us. Only positive was the ambience. Over priced for the Drinks Food and Service

You can't beat the location. It's just too bad that the service, while friendly, was mediocre and the food doesn't live up to expectations given the very high prices.
