“We really like this place. First, it’s counter service, so no formal tipping unless you feel so led. Second, the ingredients are fresh; for example, they use freshly cut green peppers, not some sorry-looking pickled specimens. You assemble your pizza exactly how you want it. It’s cooked and ready for you in a couple of minutes. Also, like the salads; they have a half pizza and salad option that is a great value. Blaze Pizza is on our go- to list. Highly recommend! “We went for dinner. Greeted with the question of placing an order or take-out? We wanted to eat in, but we were not directed to a table. We had to place our orders at the front desk, after which we were told to go sit over on the side of the restaurant. The rest of the place was closed off, and the dining area was used as a storage area for pizza boxes.We did not feel welcome unless we were taking out an order. I'm not sure why they discourage dining inside.The pizza was good; bread sticks were a little overdone. Service was good and fast.“

“(11/2/2023) I came by to get a really quick lunch between meetings at the Posey Center less than 1 mile away. It was easy to get to and there was no line when I got there. It seemed a little like overkill, but there were like 5 employees waiting on me. Some must have been in training. I got the #13 Original Italian. The deli meats were indeed sliced in front of me (as the commercials say). I got it "Mike's Way" with hots, there was a lot of dramatic splashing of red wine vinegar and olive oil all over the sandwich. The sandwich transported pretty well, but get it to where you're going fast, because it's pretty "wet" with oil and vinegar (soaking through the bag). It was pretty tasty, and an I ate a whole original. I'd do it all over again.“

“Chiwawa and Burritodillas are the way to go! They are not shy on the toppings at all. At least six ounces of shredded cheese is dumped first on the tortilla as the first step. Then they customize your bowl with all the toppings you want and add them to the cooking tortilla on the flat top grill. It comes out with a nice crisp outer shell and delicious abundance of toppings. The garlic Parmesan sauce adds a nice zing of flavor to top it off. The Chiwawa is a golden fried ball of fluffy white rice that is broken and then all the toppings you want added on top. This place is a new favorite.“
