Just tried to place an order and they said they don't deliver to my address. Even with informing them that I have been receiving deliveries from them, they weren't comprehending. Not sure if the girl that took my call was new or not, she didn't know what to say other than they don't deliver to my address.

The guy who answered the phone acted like he couldn't figure out what he was doing. I just wanted a couple pizzas... this should've been easy. I couldn't even place my order! I wish there was another place or here that delivered so I wasn't stuck with this place!

I love Hungry Howie's in Haines City. I had a chef salad with shredded lettuce and I think that salad was the best salad I've ever had at Hungry Howie's. I love the idea of the shredded lettuce. Good stuff
I've missed the ham and cheese subs. I was able to have one while on vacation. We need them in Kentucky!

approximately 3 weeks ago I called and talked to a call center over Hungry Howie's after being very disappointed with that I asked to talk to a manager then a manager came on from the location on Rifle Range Road in Polk County Florida the manager waived the 1299 fee for delivery and told me that the delivery fee would be $5 and I called today because she told me if I just dial five and tell the manager that they can waive the fee down to a cheaper price when I want to order something after a very rude a guy talks to me on the phone and hangs up on me I called back to talk to a manager the manager told me that that was her assistant manager that done that that she cannot adjust or wave any fees on any deliveries this was a flat out lie the assistant manager was able to do it the manager is above her they just do not care about delivering into the outerish area for everyone to know and understand they want to charge you 1299 or more just to deliver a pizza out here plus the price of the pizza Plus a tip for the driver this is the kind of treatment that we get from our local Hungry Howie's on Rifle Range Road Polk County Florida and after having the conversation with the manager I tended to want to debate it with her and she hung up on me also this is the kind of customer service that you get from the store if I was the owner I would fire everyone because they do not care about their customers

Any why do you advertise items on the internet that you don't have in the store? And why do I need a address for the credit card? All you need is a card zip code. Not the whole card address for junk mail! Card address is none of your buisness. All you need is the delivery address!
