“This place is off the charts don’t let the outside fool you it is amazing. Try the Barbacoa tacos and the asada torta. The tamarindo agua is sooooo good. I’m Hispanic and this place was amazing. Picture of my mom enjoying the food she’s a hella hard critic and she even loved it.“
“Best tacos -if you’re in the mood for tacos, you gotta go here. All of their food is delicious very flavorful, authentic Mexican food. they have a variety of plates. You can order go on their website right now after reading this post, you have to try them if I could I’d give them more than five stars.“
“My favorite authentic taco spot!!!I saw the top 3 picks for Winter Haven and honestly couldn't believe he wasn't listed. I enjoy their asada taco's regularly. The tacos are always seasoned to perfection. My kids snarl at most thing's green, request the cilantro and onion to their tacos when we go. The owner is always friendly. In my opinion, this is the #1 place to get the best tasting tacos.“
“This place has the best birria ramen I've had in awhile. The drive is definitely worth it! Price is decent. The aqua fresca drinks are delicious. I had the watermelon sincec they were out for the other flavors but it was so good! I live in Lakeland but driving there is definitely worth it. The people there are very friendly and nice. It doesn't take long to make the orders either. It's located right outside a gas station. They don't have much for seating though so definitely plan to either eat it in the car or take home. I think they have like 1 table and a few chairs which is totally fine because the food was delicious!“
“One of the best Mexican food places I have been to and it's one of the best in the area if not the best Spanish food in central Florida. Service is real simple walk up to the counter order they give you a box of greatness enjoy. Now the location is the only draw back just get it to go park by a lake enjoy the beauty of Florida and the delicious food.“
“Best Mexican food in Bartow, maybe even Polk County. The staff are super friendly and they never disappoint. The closest thing to the Mexican food I ate in Los Angeles. Very authentic, even the tortillas are hand made. I eat there usually like twice a week. It's so good!!!!“
“This was one of the best-tasting Mexican meals my wife and I have eaten, and we've eaten in quite a few of them. We highly recommend the Chilaquiles and desserts - although the other offerings are also outstanding. The service was friendly and the waitress took very good care of us.“
“These were some of the BEST tacos I’ve had in years. I’m a native Texan and have given up on finding good mexican food since living in the FL/GA area. I finally decided to give this place a try since we were in the area and omg best decision ever. I had the $5 taco special and it was so good. 4 delicious tacos plus rice and beans. What a steal! My husband had the enchiladas and he said they were incredible as well. I hope we can make it here again before we head back to GA!“
“I'm not going to lie, I ate 15 Tacos all by myself. They are not big, but they are super tasty. The best part about it is they are only a buck. Picnic table seating. Under a canopy. It's a trailer in a pawn shop parking lot. Don't be scared. Come hungry. They have the traditional stuff. If you're into cows head or tongue tacos, they have them. I stick to the pork, chicken, beef, and chorizo, myself. The sodas are too sweet for me. I get the Horchata. If you've never had it, I recommend it. Taco My Friend is the best reason to get off I-4 and avoid the traffic.“
“This place is so good that we drove 50 minutes to a new location.. I ordered a chicken sopa and an al pastor burrito.. My husband ordered a chorizo burrito.. Everything was delicious and we will be back.Vegetarian options: Rice and beansParking: Lots of spots.Kid-friendliness: They have benches and seats also kid meals.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps.“
“I've driven by JAC'S Corner soooo many times and finally we gave it a try.. omg it was delicious! Easy to order online, quick pickup, and so conveniently delicious. We had Beef Birria and Chicken Quesatacos con Consomé, Chimichanga Deluxe, and of course Mexican Cokes. We will definitely be back!“
“Maria (the owner) works the cashier as well as making the food. We are in town from Atlanta, Georgia. This is the best Mexican food we have had! Don’t cheat yourself come visit Maria, it’s worth the drive! You’ve tried the rest, NOW TRY THE BEST!$$$$The value is very good too! $$$Places to sit inside and out side.“
“Amazing burrito, but the menu made it difficult to decide! Loved the accessibility, appearance, atmosphere; everything smelled great from the time we walked in. I knew we had found the right place when there were multiple people standing to pick up orders, but we were seated immediately. I tried a couple of the tacos, they were light and delicious. I can't wait to go back and try their newest menu items: birria tacos and marinated chicken tacos! Recommendation: get the giant burrito if you're going to get one anyway. They have take out boxes you can use for half of it and you'll be glad you did when you can't stop thinking about it the next day!“
“My first time having authentic tacos! They did not disappoint. There's a great little outdoor area with shade for waiting and eating. ?Parking: It's in the lot right beside the taco stand.Kid-friendliness: There's room outside for them to just be kids. It's also fenced off from the main road making it safer for little ones. ❣️“
“Amazing tacos, most tacos are $1 dollar at piece, yes you read it right $1 dollar. My favorite, tacos de chorizo, super tasty and not super greasy, they have a really straight forward menu. I do recommend you call ahead since they are always busy.“
“Very authentic and good food. The tacos were exactly what I was looking for an reasonably priced. The burrito wasn't as goo and was more like a large quesadilla. Most burritos are round due to having been "rolled", however this was definitely more on the flat side.Very good horchata.“

“Fabulous, bare bones sit down restaurant. Extensive and comprehensive menu. Huge portion of excellent pozole. Birria tacos were wonderful. No alcohol, but excellent Mexican juices and sodas. Part of the Jean Talon market, which is well worth going to. Will definitely be back.“
“Visited here recently. Big menu to choose from. Tried a few dishes. Had Stuffed Jalapenos, Carna Asada Steak Dinner, and Fajita Salad Dinner. Each was delicious. Steak was tender, not tough. Obviously did not eat all at the time, but had plenty to take home. Good size portions.“
“Very good place, I just discovered it, but it seems that the food is very good, I only went for food for a friend's event, a little more organization in the case of orders, but everyone was always very friendly, very good attention. I'm waiting to go try the tamales.“
“Were have lunch here a couple times a month. It's a small general store with a restaurant that caters primarily to the local Mexican & other Hispanic population. My friends who are from Mexico tell me it's real Mexican food so I take their word for it. Whether that's correct or not the food is very, very good and the servings are quite generous. The prices are also quite low.“
“First time here. I’ve been searching for anything close to true Mexican food. As a gringo, I spent 13 years in El Paso, Texas. While stationed there I regularly crossed into Juaréz for the food. Being in Florida now, you won’t find anything better than Azteca. Reminds me of Mexico. The entire staff is on point. I may not remember the young ladies name that served us but, I promise we will request her area again. The decorations and layout are great. The food came out hot and delicious. If I could talk my girlfriend into going again today, we’d be there. Definitely got packed by the time we left. Thousands of people can’t be wrong.“
“Authentic Mexican food. I definitely recommend this taco spot. My family and I were heading down to Miami from Orlando and were craving Mexican food. I called first to see what kind of tacos they offered, they had a broad choice compared to other locations I had called. They offer tripa, chorizo, asada, cabeza, pollo, nopales , and more. Their aguas frescas are also delicious and refreshing, without being overly sugary. The best part about this taco spot is that the tortillas are hand made, not store purchased. I would definitely return on my next trip to Orlando. The customer service was also a plus.“

“I have seen this restaurant for years and never stopped in. Wow have I been missing out!. The chips and salsa were so delicious- just enough heat for me. They even bring out separate salsa bowls so everyone has their own. I ordered taquitos. The chicken was very flavorful and moist and the taquitos were fried perfectly. My friend ordered the chimichanga and said hers was also very good. I got my son a to go quesadilla and he said it was "fire". ? I tool no photos because I was busy eating! The service was fantastic.“
“We were looking for quick Mexican and Chile Verde did not disappoint! Mother in law enjoyed the chicken soup, wife said her taco salad was very good, and I absolutely loved the vegetarian quesadilla! It was massive! The juice from the peppers and onions made the bottom too wet to pick up and eat, so I sliced and ate with a fork and it was sooooo good. Ate half there and half for leftovers; just as good as leftovers! We will absolutely be back!Vegetarian options: They have a nice vegetarian section and most things can be modified to avoid meat. Definitely recommend!“
“This Mexican restaurant stands out for its rich variety of authentic dishes that capture the essence of Mexican gastronomy. The versatility of its menu allows you to satisfy various tastes, from traditional tacos and enchiladas to more innovative options. The quality of the ingredients stands out, offering an authentic and delicious culinary experience.“
“Carne azada tacos are good but al pastor you can actually taste the pineapple flavor itself you should get the flavor but no the fruitAnyway good tacos good price ( if you pay with debit card you will be charge an extra dollar)So keep that on myOverall fast good and good price“
“An authentic Mexican restaurant located inside of a Mexican store so that is why the atmosphere did not get as high a rating. We have eaten here many times, there is never any waiting because they have a lot of room. The food is always great.“
“I love this place! They have good dishes, their menu is large, The chief cook in that restaurant is very experienced, I love very much eating all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the service towards the guests is efficient. I often eat in this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend it to all.“
