I've ordered from them several times before and every time something is missing or wrong. My girlfriend and myself like some of the sauces so we keep trying like an on/off relationship. My friends and I eat here often. Usually no issues. This past time, we came to splurge. We spent $42 on the beef rib and it was 80% fat and inedible. I specifically asked the server before ordering if it was fatty and he said no. We also bought the bone fire grill for 2. The ribs and wings were dry and hard.
