Culver's was recommended to me from a friend who grew up with them in the Midwest. After living in FL for seven years I thought I'd give them a try. Wow! Manager Bessy at this specific location could do a little better with how she communicates with customers at this establishment. There was a slight incident where my online order was charged multiples time and a refund could not be submitted. Respectfully I reiterated my situation with a final realization that the restaurant could not provide me with a refund and I accepted. My entire order was wrong, but do you think I want to drive back the 15 minutes it takes to get there after I’ve been running around all day, no I do not. I’m not sure who’s checking the orders but maybe they need to wake up and pay attention better. I did call Culver’s and spoke to the manager who is very friendly and is compensating me for the inconvenience so I have to give them three stars because they’re making it right and that means a lot.
