First of all, the atmosphere was cramped and dandy, I feel it needs more lighting and the service was a little slow. The server does not accommodate any special requests that you may have. If you have a food allergy or special requests on a food item make sure not to go here because as soon as you request something different from the menu item listed how it is or try to substitute something, forget it. The server was so nice in the beginning with our drink order..until I had a food allergy....then he got short and snippy and my family and I only saw him once after that and it was for the check... So I recommend NOT going if you have any allergies because they do not care...

Just a little loud for me. The food time forever and we didn’t want to spend that amount of time there. The chef was about a half hour out on all of the meals. I think they should’ve compensated for the length of time everyone had to wait. It’s huge place with Great decor and very clean. The waitress was very nice. I think they might’ve been understaffed.
It's hard for me to eat anything but Longhorns ribeye steaks (superb) but I went off script this visit and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken and half rack baby back ribs combo and was blown away. The chicken was fantastic. A large marinated boneless breast smothered in cheese and parmesan that was too good to be true. The baby backs were "falling off the bone" delicious. I can't do it justice. Go try it for yourself.032324 - Had the parmesan crusted chicken, broccoli, tonions and an old fashioned tonight. Superb!
Only giving 3 stars because I usually have a good experience here. Unfortunately, this last visit was a disaster. The steak was WAY too undercooked and wasn’t seasoned in any way. The french onion soup was lacking cheese and tasted like thick salty water. Our server was friendly but the meal was a waste of $60.

I sat twice at the bar only. I have not tried the food from this Long Horn. If it is like the type of service I got at the bar, then I wouldn't recommend it. Either these bartenders hate their jobs or are just typically how Long Horn to treat some customers. It also happened in West Palm Beach. I've only been treated well at Kissimmee (192) location.
We were informed, no salads were available. My husband wanted the lamb, also wasn't available. Very disappointed!

First time eating lamb chops. Love it! So tender and asparagus was so tender even being thick. I could eat it every night. Service was on point with tea refills. Most restaurants I have to ask for refills.Parking: In a shopping plaza with a lot of parking but fills up fast.Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables and wide walking areas around seating. Parking right by front door.
