No enthusiasm or energy themselves, very depressing today. Didn’t ask about joining their benefits program or for my number to use the benefit. They need training. The employees before set the standards (5 stars) others (Mr. B and colleague) today needs. Everything was average work. This comment is constructive for improvement only.
My experience at Planet Smoothie was absolutely fantastic, I was having a terrible day but thanks to an employee named Brady it turned right around. His service was top tier, he is not only knowledgeable but very skilled in his craft and also demonstrated a fantastic ability to give recommendations based on my preferences.
