I have been there many times before but I went on Saturday and the food and service was better than ever. The new management is much better and food was good but now is superb !!! Great entertainment!!! 5 stars

What an incredible evening of culinary excellence at Tapeo. I am a foodie by nature and am always looking for a Spanish/Cuban type restaurant that brings me back to Newark, NJ (which is my favorite restaurant Fornos of Spain) Tapeo didn’t disappoint as the atmosphere, staff and most importantly the food was most enjoyable. The food is just wonderful, as fresh as you can get and made just like down neck in NJ. The service is good and the owners are terrific and friendly. The best I have found since moving here 17 years ago.
