“It's a great little place to have a drink beer and wine only. Gary the bartender is an awesome guy good for a laugh. Was there on Christmas Day because they were open played some pool had a few beers watch some football, good times ,will definitely be going back.“
“Great place for sandwiches, wings and pizza. I was one of a group of 12. The seated us all in a quieter area where we could socialize. I had the chili dog with fries and it was very good. It was a enormous hotdog on a sub sized bun topped with chili. The fries I ordered were seasoned and a good complement to the hot dog. One of our group ordered a personal sized pizza and it looked really good. Everyone enjoyed their food and had a great time. The service was excellent. I will be back.“
“You can enjoy eating at Cypresswood Pub indoors or on their patio. Their dining menu offers many choices including their delightful dinner specials which we recently enjoyed along with their generous portions of food. We sat on the patio and listened to a singer & guitarist who was very talented, but his music volume should be tempered a little to allow for conversation. We will return to this restaurant soon!“

“Driving to Hanes City to judge BBQ this weekend and needed food upon arriving. Was looking for a burger and Google took me here. They may not actually BE The Burger GOAT, but this place is certainly a great find! Efficient little food truck serves up an excellent grilled burger, hot off of the flat top. The owner, Evie, is a doll. I was so hungry that I neglected to take a pic, but the double burger with grilled onions, tomato, cheese, bacon, a fried egg and their special sauce was $15 including fries and a drink (and really yummy!). Try them out if you're in the area. I'll be back.“
“This restaurant is located at the Bartow golf course. We eat lunch there almost every week after playing. Service is outstanding. Food portions are generous. The club sandwich is HUGE. Rating would have been higher except they tend to run out of items. Last week, a number of our group wanted rubin sandwiches, but they were all out. Same with sandwich wraps. Overall, a very good restaurant.“
“We are from Orlando, but stopped by today (30 DEC 2023) around 1300 hrs on a Polk County Dive Bar Crawl (that my wife and I invented like an hour before getting there) after paying for our new puppy in Mulberry, and we were fortunate enough to meet Jamie & Amanda The Cake Queen and some locals.This place is so much fun... Honestly, it's like an inverted Tardis, in that it is HUGE on the outside, but not as big on the inside - that being said it is a trip that is totally worth anybody's time that is out looking for mayhem and misadventure in Polk County.(Side note: Have fun, but be responsible. We all know that Grady Judd and his boys are highly effective at what they do, so should you overindulge, please do the right thing and find alternate transport to your sleeping arrangements.)Jamie makes badass Bloodies (try her Bloody Mary's - just make sure she keeps the cap on the spices) and then have a Doctoral level discussion on pickles with her, because you won't be disappointed. Spoiler alert: The pickles are dope.The bar is well stocked, and the place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. This is obviously an establishment owned by a team that takes pride in their establishment, and that pride is reinforced by the team on the other side of the bar. It's a bummer that it is an hour from us, because this would be THE place we'd go to to booze it up.28 out of 5 stars, will go again.“
“I can’t believe I have been sleeping on this local joint. I ordered the Kitchen Sink pizza and it was phenomenal, I’m a bit of a pizza connoisseur and it slapped harder than Joe Biden falling down the steps. The atmosphere was just out of this world it felt like a real homey kind of place.“
“The bartender, Monica, was amazing last night. It was very busy with numerous people feeling as if they were more important than the next. Monica handled it all with grace and patience. She was very adept at handling the chaos with a calm presence that was a pleasure to watch.“
“Was that the twisted prop for bike night. Hosted by Harley. Had a great time, lots of people and a great band. Food took a little long to get but that was because there was a lot of people. Would recommend this place for just getting out and hanging out. They always seem to have a great band. Good atmosphere great service indecent food.“
