We used the mobile app, it notified us when pizza was ready and then you just enter your code in the warmer to collect your order. No interactions. Process was quick and efficient if your looking for a standard pizza ready fairly
Food was pretty great, maybe because I was starving and had a primal need for pizza. Ordering online was temporarily unavailable (****** Employees dont seem particularly happy but were pleasant enough.
