Eaten at Zaxby's several times and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. This kne was a bit disappointing, though as we had a tough time finding a booth with a clean table and ended up having to clean one ourselves with some alcohol wipes prior to being able to sit down. I only give this 3 stars due to the menu. It has changed so much and so many of our faves have been removed or cut back. Now we honestly just stop by for the fact that you can make your own flavored coke products. We only go there now 1 time per week when doing the Walmart shopping. It's sad because we used to go twice weekly for meals with the kids. On the other hand, the customer service is really great. Ok, I usually do not share bad ezperiences. I really likes Zaxby's but that day I order in the drive-thru and found a hair in the cole slaw. I went inside and showed my food to the person at the counter. She started telling the employees what I said about the hair. The employees in the kitchen were asking many times A hair? A hair?
