I stopped by this place for breakfast and found it bustling with people. The baristas were exceptionally friendly. Both my girlfriend and I ordered cinnamon raisin bagels with bacon, egg, and cheese, along with our respective drinks: Matcha tea for her and apple juice for me. The bagels were fresh and delicious, with crisp bacon and perfectly cooked eggs. In terms of quick and easy breakfast options, this place stands out. Went here to try swine and sons, then realized it's a coffee shop as well! When you walk in and see coffee syphons you know it's gonna be delicious, and let me tell you it was highly recommend there sandwiches and the coffee!

On one hand, they provide pour over and siphon with a wide selection of their own beans, a serious coffee roaster. On the other hand, they make the pour over without careful blooming and timing, which didn't extract the flavor properly...
