The food was tasty .I got the gyro and fries. The fries were a bit dry and not fresh. The gyro meat was tasty. I had to go to four different tables and never found a ketchup bottle full. The garbage wasn't clean were you leave your plate etc My table was sticky. The youth that was working there really spent a lot of time just chatting and not concerned about the customers. I had to ask for everything. I was giving it but not really with any kind of customer service attitude. It's a shame because I've eaten there before thec food is good but the service was terrible and the place didn't seem clean this time.

Ordered a gyro and fries with feta to go. The gyro was decent, the fries were not at all crispy and were missing the feta. This wouldn’t be a huge deal but it cost $.85 to add feta.

Rather bland, fast-foodish decor and atmosphere. Great chicken pitas. Stuffed with very flavorful grilled chicken. Dolmades, not so much. 3 thinly stuffed grape leaves for $5.99. A bit much for what u get. Friendly service but clearly understaffed the day I visited for lunch. Overall, 3 stars.

Bottom line, you couldn’t pay me enough to go back and eat here.Waiting 30 min for 2 gyros, fries and a soup (the restaurant was empty, mind you) wasn’t the worst part of our experience here. The food finally arrived missing the side orders. When I asked the server she said “oh yea that’s coming next” clearly having forgotten them. The soup came out really cold, when I inquired if this was normal, the gentleman behind the counter said “oops that’s not supposed to happen” he asked his coworker to heat it up, and when I asked if I could have one from the heated batch next to him she said “nah don’t worry it’s already in the microwave”. As if that was supposed to make me feel good? Then we get the fries, completely burnt, soggy, greasy and, because I didn’t want to deal with them, I put them in the trash. The staff was completely heedless and seemed to be drowning in the two orders hanging on the order rail.Last surprise of evening, as we’re doing our best to enjoy what is supposed to be “a quick dinner” before the show, we had a visit on the wall in a form of a cockroach crawling right next to our toddler’s elbow. Like a true gentleman I killed it with a napkin at hand without her knowledge, and went to the counter to inform the young lady (or a guy? Not even sure), (s)he said “would you like a free desert?”. Like that was my main concern at that point. Needless to say, we threw what was left of the gyros and left the premises, this time never looking back (I should mention that we came here 2 years ago and had a not-nearly-as-bad of an experience but didn’t want to come back, tonight somehow I convinced my wife to give them another chance. Boy was I wrong).

Addendum... After speaking with the manager I agreed to try the fries again. They were crispier and less greasy but still not for me. Could be the temp or type of oil they use or it could just be my personal preference. That said, the staff is still great, the place is clean and very hospitable and the gyros are excellent. I will be back but just won't order fries.Originial... To say, as one reviewer did, that the fries were not crispy is the understatement of the year. They were soggy and greasy. AWFUL. The gyro itself was ok, except for the chunk of lettuce core, instead of shredded leaves. Sorry, location is good, people working there were very pleasant but this is the last time we will be eating here.

I had a negative experience with UberEats delivery. The restaurant manager got in contact with me right away and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. That's good customer service

Never eaten here, accidentally reviewed the wrong location. The management seems great here as they contacted me right away!
