Came here for my birthday. Staff was very friendly & the place is quite nice, if a little cramped. My father and I ordered the ribeye while my girlfriend and mother got filet mignon. The ribeyes were awful. Ordered rare, it was overcooked and the steak was completely unseasoned. No salt or pepper was used in its preparation as it tasted far, far worse than the steaks I get for a third of the price ($60 by the way). The filet mignons were wonderful at least. Presumably whoever was making the ribeyes that day simply dropped the ball or was new, but either way it soured my experience eating such a boring flavorless piece of meat. One week ago I got a ribeye at a chain steakhouse for exactly 1/2 the price and it was many many leagues superior. Overall the experience would have been great if not for them completely botching my ribeye, the only thing I came for.

Prices have soared, but the food seems less enjoyable, the ambiance has declined, and the service I've experienced is simply not good enough for a so called "upscale" restaurant.2018, 5☆ Review: I'm a frequent visitor to the Winter Park location for happy hour food & drinks, and I've never left there anything other than completely satisfied.

We took my daughter to Ruth's Chris Steak House for her birthday because it's her favorite place and we do it every year. The food is always excellent and the portions are large enough to have them box up the leftovers for another meal the next day. Our server, Kathleen C. was so good at her job and made my daughter's birthday very special and we appreciate her doing everything so perfect. As usual our steaks and sides were delicious and perfectly prepared. We enjoyed cocktails and deserts with my daughter's on the house.
Noah our waiter was excellent! We were celebrating our Anniversary and he was very attentive with great recommendations and so courteous!
