Worst Taco Bell I've been to. No one in line, but it took almost 20 minutes to get my food. When I got the food, there was almost no filling in the tacos or burritos. Nor was the food even hot. Terrible! On a bright note, the place had just been renovated so it looked great.

I was appalled when I asked for vary icy water and all I got was a medium amount of ice and a lot of water. Furthermore the ice was melting giving me more water so taco bell COUNT YOUR DAYS!!

Such an odd area to have a bad Taco Bell. We love this area and people are super nice... except at this Taco Bell. I see many great reviews and I'm just in shock. The words "you're welcome" "please" and "thank you" are foreign. The lady at the speaker tonight (12.17 at 12:30 am) was probably the rudest, most unprofessional person I've experienced in a while. Taco Bell is shit and it's only bc of the employees.

The store has recently been updated and looks great. They’re completing a few last improvements but they’ve done a great job. You can eat as healthy as you want here or beast out and take a nap. Taco Bell remains one of my absolute favorite quality fast food restaurant.Vegetarian options: Any item can be created as vegetarian. The refried beans have vegetable oil rather than lard. I didn’t ask if the black beans are vegetarian but I bet they are.
Everything is ordered via app. BUT app almost never works. Will not complete orders. Deletes rewards long before they expire. Horrible. Horrible!!Vegetarian options: Great when they give what you order BUT often put meat in vegetarian orders and do not care how disgusting that is. App upgrades are horrible.

Bad customer service, we ordered chicken quesadilla and it was without chicken!!! When we asked them to replace the order they said that's how it comes and they refused to make another
Vegetarians/Vegans should stay away from this location.This location has messed up my orders constantly, last year multiple times when I went and ordered NO MEAT i was given meat, so i’ve avoided this location since then.today I gave it another chance and it was unfortunately the SAME THING. Everything we ordered was ordered as no meat with black beans, so how do they still manage to give me a burrito with meat! I haven't eaten meat in years, and the times i have been given meat by accident has ALL been here. To bite into the food and be met with the same issue i’ve experienced before, it sucks! Its a terrible feeling as someone who hasn’t eaten meat in so long. Please be more careful when making vegetarian orders!!Being vegetarian friendly is a big thing Taco Bell is known for, for this location to mess that up so consistently sucks

They pretty rude and, and slow and never listen to the customer. They treat u like u r a P of S, and they let u wait for long time. They just keep laughing and joking with each other and they let u wait till they r done laughing to order. In addition too u still have to correct ur order multiple times to get what u want.

I ordered a cravings box which was SUPPOSED TO BE a cheesy Gordita crunch, beefy 5 layer burrito, fiesta potato's, and a soft taco. What I got was a cold soft taco, soggy crunchy taco, and fiesta potato's. I didn't even dare eat the stuff I actually got because it was cold and I was worried I was going to get food poisoning. The guy even opened the box to put in my hot sauce but didn't care to look at what was inside to make sure it was correct? You pay your workers shit and this is why we get shitty service and disgusting food.

Why does this place have bad reviews!!! My go to Taco Bell. I have a lot of good memories with friends here (post club/ wine room). Every time i come the staff is so nice, my most recent visit he even asked me to taste my drink to make sure it's not flat. The food is always hot and correct and I usually ask for a lot of things off. Overall best taco bell in orlando :)
