We had ordered online, and waited an hour for the delivery which was no issue. When receiving the order, we found that we only had one item from our meals, which was the chicken wings. We had our two baskets of fried that appeared to be over cooked, and they had no seasoning as well as being very cold. Flavor wise the food was as expected, but the wings were rather small and they weren't drained properly, bottom wings were sitting in a pool of grease and ended up washing off all the flavor. Fries were limp and oily. Customer service wasn't bad, they simply looked a little busy and were rushing as best as they could. Over all not as satisfied as I have been at other Wingstop location. May have been a bad night but time will tell.

I am giving this order 5 stars because it gave me exactly what I wanted. I wanted wings. I got wings. They were cooked great and the sauces were tasty. I'm not here for fine dining, an elevated experience. I ordered wings to be delivered and that's what I got. They were great and the flavors/sauces had the right amounts. I only wish they still sent ranch/blue cheese and carrot & celery sticks standard.
