Went on the Brewstillery tour with Kyle.....Amazing experience. Very fun and educational. Kyle was informative and enthusiastic. Everything we tried was delicious and brought that small distillery feel. Recommend to anyone.
Atmosphere of a local bar, very unique beers on tap... I'm a stout guy so I reccomend the Irish stout, smooth creamy and delicious. The tour is worth $12 per person. The vodka is ok as is the un-aged white whiskey, the rum was smoother than I anticipated but the bourbon is wonderful. There are two and I enjoyed both, but prefer the reserve, it is a mellow barrel strength at 107 proof. Really wish they had there single malt... next time. Kyle did amazing. Explained the process and handled a lot of questions from the group. The difference in small distilleries and the large operations. Buy local and support home grown companies that produce a quality product.
