I placed an online order and it wasn't ready on time. The food was almost cold when we got it after they fixed it while we waited. We had to ask for our shakes. The cashier was friendly. Thee guy that was supposed to be fixing the food was dancing and talking to someone in the back about something that happened on Westover.
The dining room was clean. I didn't visit the restroom while I was there. Ordered an original phillysteak combo at 11:28 am. Others came in and ordered. I knew they were a little slow, but I didn't think alot about it until customers after me started getting their orders. At 12:24, I inquired as to the delay. They either had not made my order or they gave it to someone else. I had wait a little longer for another sandwich. Fries were barely warm, and they gave me the wrong sandwich....read full review

The food is usually okay. Occasionally, it is even very good. Sometimes, things got a bit of an off taste, but nothing too bad to eat. The service is always pretty good and relatively quick. However, that may be because it's usually empty.Atmosphere wise the place now is looking pretty run down and dumpy. It's been in overall bad shape for a long time and hasn't been improved in ages. It's clean from what I can see, just sad looking.
