These guys are great. Even though the drive-thru was very busy, the staff was highly efficient in getting orders processed quickly and correctly. With a line of 40+ cars I was out and on my way in 15 mins, whereas I went to another establishment with 6 cars and the wait was 40 mins. Great job Chick-fil-A; keep up the good work!
Even when they are very busy and lines are long, service is always professional and great! They are very efficient with dealing with the long lines! Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant!!

This Chick-fil-A is always fast always friendly and always fresh! It is definitely our favorite drive-thru in Albany. Invite friend or meet one there! Even if it's in the parking lot only. Still worth it! #MyPleasure #SeeYouTomorrow
