Arlonda working the drive thru was extremely rude. Absolutely no enthusiasm in her voice, waited for what felt like five minutes before taking our order. After every item (even drink) responded “anything else” before I could even finish my sentence. Then, when pulling up to the window, proceeded to have an attitude. I wish I could give 10 stars for the service. I took my mother in on her 92nd birthday. From the time we walked in until we left the staff made her feel like a queen. This is the kind of service that makes Sonny's Albany great. Awesome job.

The server, KADIJAH, was a true gem. When she first spoke to us, immediately stopped what I was doing on my phone. You could hear such kindness and joy in her voice.
