We’ve gone to this place a number of times because my partner loves it. But the place always smells like sewage and it’s really off putting. I saw some weird brown stuff on my bagel one time and my partner convinced me to brush it off. Unfortunately I cannot brush off the tuft of chest/beard hair that was stuck to a couple of the dozen bagels we ordered this weekend. I feel so nauseous I ever ate here. Definitely not going back this time.

Bagels and cream cheese are very good, definitely one of the best that I’ve been to in Atlanta area. The bagels are huge and unlike many places, they put the toppings on both sides.Highly recommend:French toast w/ apple cinnamon cream cheeseEverything w/ veggie cream cheeseA bit more expensive than some bagel shops and the pricing on their menus is outdated but given the size of portions, still worth it.

I love BB's Bagels. I have been buying from them since shortly after they opened. They have the best bagels in Atlanta . Their bagels are made the traditional way where they are boiled before they are baked. The guys who own the place are from Bronx, NY, so they know how a bagel should taste & how it should be made! They have all the classic flavors plus some excellent newer flavors like french toast and chocolate chip; they are all outstanding. My favorites are their everything bagel & cinnamon raisin bagel; I used to eat them from Royal bagel, & Goldberg's , but BB's makes the best bagels I have ever eaten. I have a friend who drives in from NC just to stock up on BB's Bagels every couple of months. You will never be sorry you bought bagels at BB's.Vegetarian options: There are a variety of egg & bagel or toast options available. There are also salads. Other than the salads, there are no vegan options.Dietary restrictions: BB's serves what they serve. If you can't find something you can eat on the menu that is on your diet, you should probably eat elsewhere else.Parking: Parking can get crazy on the weekends when people are picking up takeout orders. Parking becomes very creative at these times.Kid-friendliness: Kids come to BB's all the time. They are definitely kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 handicap ♿️ spaces at the front of the restaurant. There is a ramp up to the door, but I don't recall an automatic door opener. Space inside is rather tight, but a standard wheel chair would probably do OK. I don't think that an electric scooter style wheel chair wouldn't be able to move around inside. I am doubtful that the bathrooms are wheel chair accessible.

BB's has some really killer bagels. All their awards aren't for nothing! There's some New York attitude here, so don't come in with this skin. Read the rules on the menu. There's almost always a line out the door and at the take out window, so that tellyou how good it is. Many shmears to choose from for your bagel. The breakfast bowls are huge. Coffee is always fresh and delicious, and the food comes out quickly every time.

These bagels are ?The food and service is exactly what you need. The portions are huge so come hungry, even the coffee cups are big.Service is great and attentive, and they will even get to know you if you are regulars. If you want to get your food to go, then go to the left side of the building and place your order at the window. Service out there is generally fast, but they do have a lot of customers, so have a little bit of patience.

Ordered a bagel and cream cheese to go. Disappointed that BB is still too chintzy to provide a to-go cup for the cream cheese. What if customer wants to toast bagel?

This place has some nerve making people wait outside in the cold for takeout orders. You place an order in a tiny window, then pick it up in another tiny window. I am from the Bronx and I know good bagels. Definitely know better service. The bagels may be OK but the service is terrible and they don’t know how to treat customers. There are much better bagel places than this. Don’t waste your time just because they say they’re from the Bronx. I’ve also been inside, and it’s a little dirty.

Solid bagel spot with quick pickup and a good selection. Top spot goes to the egg & cheese bagel sandwich as well as the weekend special french toast bagel.

Really big, large, fresh bagels! It definitely a classic NY bagel with a lot of cream cheese! It is very large and filling so even though it's a bit pricey, it is almost a full meal! I really enjoy just how many options of bagels and spreads they have. If I could make one change, it would be that I'd like the bagel to be more toasted. Overall, you can't find a better bagel in Atlanta.
