Wow! So good! Service five star Cleanliness five star Food five star A wonderful lady recommended I try the fried cauliflower and boy was it it delicious!! Crispy on the outside soft in the inside. I never take the time to leave a review so that's how good it is. The sauces are good and the spicy sauce is ACTUALLY spicy which I appreciate a sauce that's not too vinegar based. I got a combo bowl with a side and a drink for about 9 bucks. ( See pictures)
I ordered the build your own bowl specifically to make it vegan. I recieved it with cheese on it. The bowl was about $13 and I got a $4 "credit" for something I can't eat. Trash.
My kids frequent this restaurant because it is near their workplace and they invited me last week to join them. I really, really wanted to try a 1/2 chicken schwarma, 1/2 veggie salad bowl but they do not allow this option. Why not is beyond me? They offered that I could get veggies also but it would be a $2.50 upcharge. I thought that was a bit steep for veggies so I stuck with just the chicken schwarma. Hint... offer 1/2 and 1/2 or change the pricing of your veggie salad bowl because seriously veggies are much less cost for you than meat is... customer price should show this.Okay, beyond not getting exactly what i was hoping for, I will say the chicken schwarma was very flavorful and they give you a decent amount of chicken. It seems like they are very generous with the rice if you get a rice bowl. My lettuce was good... one stray piece that probably should have been thrown out and not served but I can live with that. Overall, I thought my lunch was a good value and I did enjoy it. I will likely be back... maybe I will try a veggie salad and make sure they are generous with the veggies. Will keep hoping they offer a 1/2, 1/2 option some day. Customer service was very good... no complaints at all. In fact, they suspected it was my first time and gave me both types of sauce to sample (I passed on the spicy one). My kids will certainly be back... it is now one of their favorites.
Family pack does not feed four to six people as the website states. We were given 3 pitas, about 4 ounces of salad, and maybe enough meat to feed 3 people. Family pack is a completely different experience to when eating at the actual restaurant and would not recommend it if this is the usual treatment.
I truly love this place but was very frustrated when i drove for 30 min and they don't have a lot of things on a menu because of COVID!!! I love flat bread and they didn't even had that:(reading some one the comments, it blows my mind how dump people are! If you are so stubborn to see the reality, lazy enough to research, you care about mask, distancing and glows just stay home eat your canned food and don't ruin people's business with your stupid reviews!
So I was dying to try this place for a while. Yesterday my family and I had lunch here and I can say this. The concept is great. The food was good. The ability to follow simple COVID related or general safe handling procedures was non existent.Within the first 2 minutes of being in there , my teenage daughter looked at me and said "Well, if we get COVID, we know where we got it from".Here is what I ran into during my visit. 1.) Both person serving my meals and cooking had their masks under their mouth. Yes, not nose, mouth. While they serve my bowl they were both openly talking over my food with their mouth exposed. Not only asking me about my order, talking loudly to another employee over my food. Nasty.2.) Gloves? Check. Used gloves to take my credit card and then grab pita for another customer. Yikes. These gloves also touched food cooking, raw pita dough and cash. Don't know what to say. 3.) Tables? So many dirty tables. I asked them to clean one off as a customer had just eaten there and the employee grabbed a wet, dirty towel off a shelf to wipe down my table. No spray. No sanitation. Nothing. THere was actually food on the towel from the previous wipe. It was uncomfortable and it was definately the least COVID friendly restaurant I've eaten at since this pandemic started.
There are some very good Middle Eastern food options in Alpharetta, such as Jerusalem Bakery and House of Hummus. But Bezoria is my favorite. Their chicken shawarma rice bowl is excellent. The combination of rice, chicken, hummus, and vegetables comes together really well. The sauces are great- I always use the garlic sauce, tahini, and spicy sahara sauce. The sahara is very spicy so use it with caution. And I like that they don't upcharge you for extra sides of sauce. The fresh pita ($1) is also really good and goes well with the hummus. Parking can get tight at lunch and the lines get very long (pre-Covid), so I try to get there a little early to avoid the crowds. You can also order online for pickup.
Great food and the menu is easy to navigate. They serve big portions. You definitely get your $ worth. They have some of the best falafel around. Oh, let me not forget they have the good ice! (:
I ordered Vegan Sampler, which comes with BABA GANUSH. An hour later, a meal arrived via Uber Eats WITHOUT any baba ganush. I called, a man answered, I politely asked if I may know his name so that I could address him by his name. He said: “WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO KNOW MY NAME?” I said to address him politely while we discuss my order. He refused... He said he didn’t give me any baba ganush. Was he apologetic? Not a bit! He was rude. He sold me A and gave me B instead and was rude in addition to selling me a false food sampler.

A big disappointment....I ordered my food online. When I arrived, the lady eventually forcefully gave me the bag and didn't say or do anything else. When I told her that My drink (Rosewater lemonade) wasn't in the bag or the side of extra garlic sauce, she motioned for me to get in the back of the line. Where I has to wait for them to prepare food and ring up 4 other men :0 What's the point of online ordering if I have to get in line wild they were fixing other people's food as if I was a walk-in too?!? This never happens at the Cumberland Mall location. I eat there frequently and more since quarantine. The insult to injury was the rudeness. I pray and hope she didn't make me go to the back of the line because I'm a black woman and the other people were white men...ijs
This was not fal-awful, it was fantastic! I got the rice bowl and they gave me a whopping 6 falafels while my friend who got the pita got 3. Very filling and delicious. Their fries are well seasoned and simply amazing. All the food is very fresh and you can taste that.
Excellent middle eastern cuisine. Very authentic, spent a lot of time over seas in the military and this is the real deal.
wow wow wow! I can't express how much I love this place. Crazy amount of food for great pricing. I crave it on a regular basis. I highly recommend for anyone who is in the mood for middle eastern or greek. Hits the spot and then some!
