Was a bit confusing to find the take out door from the front entrance, as my order was quite slow with almost no one being there.... but the guy at the take out desk was helpful with correcting my order.
Waited 10 plus minutes at the take out area. When the manager came out and I voiced my frustration he just looked at me like I was crazyI do door dash and there is never anyone back there.

I had a takeout order on Sunday evening which I placed in the restaurant. I was asked to wait for 15 mins. When I went back after 15 mins, no one was there to get my food or food of other 4 people waiting there. Waited there for another 15-20 mins before someone came out and gave us the food.Restaurant was not busy at all.I had long wait times at this location in past and customer service is always not good.They seem to be short of staff, especially on take out side.
