Just stopped by this local Burger King for a quick lunch, and I must say, it was a pleasant surprise! The service was prompt and friendly, with the staff greeting me the moment I walked in. My order was taken efficiently, and I barely had to wait to get my food - a big plus for those in a hurry.Speaking of the food, my Whopper was fresh, hot, and exactly as I ordered it. The fries were crispy and not too greasy, just how I like them. It's evident that quality control is taken seriously here.The dining area was clean and well-maintained, with tables being wiped down regularly. It's always refreshing to see fast-food spots taking cleanliness seriously.The only reason I'm holding back a star is the soda fountain seemed to be a bit off with the mix, making my drink taste slightly watered down. Not a deal-breaker but something that could be looked into.Overall, a solid choice for a quick, tasty meal. Would recommend to anyone in the area craving some fast food!

Rude window operator. She made a fuss about adding an additional item at the window when there were literally no vehicles in the drive through. Won't let someone finish the order, can't understand English and can't clearly communicate. Food was not great either.

Every time i am here to order via drive tru,the service is toooooooo slow even with online orders.It always surprises me how slow a fast food restraunt can be at this location.If they cant keep up with propor operation, closing the store might be better than failing to meet the overall brand expectation.

OMG LET ME JUST SAY NO STAR RATING FROM ME. THE MANAGER LADY YELLING AT EVERYONE TO JUST ACCEPT IT.... Maybe you need to EXCEPT THE FACT YOU CAN'T MANAGE. THEN I LEAVE TO ONLY HERE THAT SAME MANAGER SCREAMING AT AN EMPLOYEE WHERE THE TRASH DUMP IS. NOW THAT'S JUST SUPER. I WAS NERVOUS FOR THAT YOUNG LADY. YOU CAN WORK FOR SOMEONE ELSE WHO APPRECIATES YOU AND YOUR HARD WORK. NO ONE NEEDS TO BE SPOKEN TO THE WAY SHE WAS I WILL APOLOGIZE. THE MANAGER HAS GOT TO GO. THAT IS ABUSIVE. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE. OH YEAH FOOD COMPLETELY WRONG. BUT THE PEOPLE SKILLS IN ALL DIRECTIONS HAS GOT TO BE LOOKED OVER.

Omg the girl at the window just now was so rude! You can tell she was over it! She was hollering over the speaker, didn’t let me finish my order, had me pay 16 cents for sauce and then gave me the wrong sauce. Probably because she was too busy with her attitude. My fries are completely cold, the wait was long, just an overall bad experience. I’m not even someone that’s hype to do reviews, but I had to because that girl clearly needs several breaks so she can get herself together. Wish I got her name, but she was at the window at 2pm today, mean as a junk yard dog.

Google maps and a sign in their establishment says today 01/13/2024 they're open until 10pm and I pull up at the drive thru at 9:45 pm and they told me they where closed already. Not a good customer

I considered going to here today for an impossible whopper but the reviews for the last 3-4yrs are half poor and half excellent. There’s more consistency in poor quality of service (from mgr on down) and terribly cooked/cold food, EXCEPT early in the morning. This is extremely sad, especially for this area. I'm so shocked I'm ready to apply for a job, straighten things out- chuck the bad seeds, bring in new vitality.I had the impossible combo back in Clayton GA store #8866 and the service, food, cleanliness, atmo- all 5 stars. Was hoping to relive that experience at the BK closest to me but the reviews have dissuaded me from a possible nightmare. I gave 3 stars based solely on reviews as I've never been to this specific location.P.S. Perhaps corporate should increase the hrly wage, have more stringent qualifications and they'll get better employees. 4 yrs of horrible reviews? Geez! Does corporate even care?
