I am Italian and I am very fussy about Italian food. The food at Casa Nuova is fantastic. I am always leery about recommendations about restaurants but you can’t go wrong eating here. The food is amazing, the service is second to none. The pastries are not to be missed.Casa Nuova also did a catering event for us and it was awesome. I highly recommend them for a wonderful meal. Their staff was very professional and worked very hard the food great was served hot. I recommend if you are looking to a have an event catered check with Casa Nuova first.

We not only frequent Casa Nuova for dinner dates, but we were lucky enough to have them cater our wedding in October! We were blown away by the incredible service: the hors d'oeuvres were served fresh and with a smile, our guests raved about the pasta, and we were truly made to feel like a part of the family. Make sure to grab a bottle of whatever Pepe is recommending. And our personal favorite menu item is the veal rollatini. Thank you, Maria and Casa Nuova for making our special day that much better!

I've never left a bad review, but the food was so bland. I got salmon with sautéed spinach over pasta. It came out with corn in my pasta, and no seasoning on anything.Also the ravioli entree was good but only came with 5 ravioli, my husband left hungry.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I just moved to the area and this place was highly recommended. My boyfriend and I have eaten here twice since I’ve been here in Alpharetta. If you love Italian food, this is the place. We really like the mozzarella appetizer and the veal piccata is out of this world. They did a casino clam special the other night and they were awful (very fishy) but, that isn’t something they serve on their regular menu from what I recall. They make their own homemade cheeses and have a fresh garden for their vegetables. Everything is so flavorful and delicious. Also, as a nice touch , one of the owner’s walks around and greets her customers with a friendly rundown of the menu. Additionally, her staff are all also friendly and very good at making sure you always have what you need. My favorite place so far.

This was our second visit to celebrate a birthday. The service here was amazing. The people were so nice and friendly and not only did the owners come to our table multiple times to share the specials and check on us, the wait staff always made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, every part and detail was perfect. We will be back, for sure. Our 10-year-old says Casa Nuova is a 10 out of 10!Kid-friendliness: No kids' menu but we ordered a half order of pasta for him. A nice fine-dining option for the kids if you want to take them to a nice place.

Very cozy atmosphere but very cramped for a party of 8 on Saturday night. Booked reservations in advance but still waited 30 mins. Service was very good. Dishes were quite small for most of us and didn't think the taste was that great for an authentic Italian restaurant. Appetizers and deserts were excellent though. Really miss the original restaurant. Mammas Onesta is best around now.
