Service was a tiny bit slower than expected, but Chick-Fil-A remains the King of customer service. No employees begrudgingly serving you as if they are doing you a favor like at other fast food establishments.

Went thru drive thru. Did not get barbecue sauce, napkins, or straw. Seriously? Come on y’all aren’t popeyes. Take care of your guests. The fries also were scraps from the bottom of the basket. Soggy and not good. Ugh. Do better.

Consistent good food, better than your average fat good. Everyone is super polite. Clearly a reflection of Chick-fil-A policy and training. My wife doesn't like the taste of their chicken, but she's not a big meat eater. The point being, everyone has their own taste.

This Chick fil a location has great service and good food! The sandwiches were excellent and the fries were perfectly cooked.Everything is well kept and clean, as well as the bathroom.There are lots of seating options available.+ every table had fresh flowers on it, which I thought was very cute touch.

I handed my 5 year old his food in the bag without checking it. He had strep throat and they mistakenly gave me spicy chicken sandwich, burning his mouth and throat. After spending 20 minutes driving back, the manager's response was AAAHHHHH sorry. The North point pkwy manager and staff are idiots. I will file a complaint with the corporate office. Not the first or the second time I have had to drive back for their mistakes.
Since this location was demolished and rebuilt it is stunning! The interior is HUGE! Lots of seating, clean, employees are super friendly and food is always quick and fresh. They have outdoor seating and a large parking lot. They also have a large double drive thru that moves very quickly - typical chic fil a fashion these days, the experts they are. Highly recommend this newly rebuilt location!

Ordered $60 worth of food for delivery, not all of my order made it causing some of my team members to go without breakfast. I had ordered breakfast for my team for hitting record number in the first half of the month. I was then told by a CFA team member over the phone that all they would do is just credit my account instead of bringing me the rest of my order. I was told that if I wanted the other part of my order I would need to order through doordash to rectify their mistake. I ended up giving my food to my team member so they didnt feel left. Really disappointed in Chick Fil A for starting our day out like this.

I would like to give a shout out to the young gentleman that helped me this morning when I could not find my wallet and needed to update my Google pay on my phone. He waited so patiently while I figured it outand set up my Google pay lol. Talk about extra service! You all are the best!!

Never get my name or order correct. Asked me multiple times my order. Strike 4 or 5.I repeated grilled chicken deluxe. They give me a number 1. It's always the go to. They just don't care. At pickup, I asked if I had grilled chicken. A person who looked like manager said it has to be my order as it is a sandwich fries and Coke.Nope drive home and it's the #1.I am never going to this location ever. Save yourself the grief. Do not go here. Milton and windward locations get it right. Better process and execution.

I stopped and got a couple of sandwiches and I ate them using the bun as a holder, that way I will not eat so many calories from bread. Gosh that spicy sandwich is good and hot and the regular is just good. I always order one of each.
