This chick fila location more often than not makes mistakes in our drive thru order - missing salad dressing, missing sauces, missing ice cream for kids meals, missing milks, etc. I would say 80% of the time they get our order wrong in the drive thru. Typically like everyone else we get drive thru when we’re in a hurry, and based on reliability of other chick fila’s and also wanting to keep the line moving for everyone else, I don’t always get the chance to examine all the bags thoroughly enough to realize until we’re sitting down eating or on the road to our next destination to notice our order is missing items. Sometimes we’ve had the time to drive back and ask for the missing items but other times we just have to do without, either way an unpleasant experience. Quality control for this location is terrible.

If your kids are in the nearby baseball leagues, welcome to your weekly dinner! Jokes aside, the staff are great and friendly. I recommend going inside rather than waiting in line during the dinner rush.

One of the worst Chick fil A restaurants that we go to. You feel a big difference between the quality here versus other places. That being said the kids love the place because it's one of few that still has a play area.

I go to this location bc it’s right by my house… but OMG I hate it… they never give you condiments… I literally can ask at the window and they say it’s already in the bag.. I get home and nothing… I have had rude service… I don’t recommend this one to anyone just driving by… I prefer the one on Peachtree

The absolute worst chickfila. Usually the people are kind and accommodating but these people are absolutely NOT. I went in to get minis at 10:27 and they said no they aren’t wanting to make minis anymore???? You are supposed to be having breakfast till 10:30!!!!! This is supposed to be quick service not some sort of restaurant. And not only that, but I called ahead asking if they could hold one just incase it came close and they said no we don’t do that even though I have never had any problem with any other chickfila holding one, bad bad service. Will never be returning
