PROS:—Like the cups says, “Have you ever wanted to hug a place?” Chicken Salad Chick is deeeelish! So many flavors to choose from.—EXCELLENT service! They offer samples.—Great sweet tea.Cons:-Croissant is not a true typical light/airy croissant. It’s a bit greasy almost like a fluffy bagel. Too dense.-Lettuce had a bit of brown around edges but it happens.- I wish they had crushed ice instead of square. That would be a level up! ???

He's kind, polite, and cares to remember your name and face for your order. He even anticipated what I wanted to to add to my order. It was an experience that made my day much more pleasurable.

Nice staff and cool decorations in the place. Gives a small town southern feel. I got just plain chicken salad. Pickle was amazing. The grape salad was so good. The little butter cookies were really good as well.
Came in today, front desk girls seemed unhappy to be working, poor customer service as if they didn’t know what they were doing, they also had a bad attitude and were rude. I prefer other locations since this establishment always seems to have rude employees. Won’t be back.

Pretty awesome chicken salad. Got the Olivia’s old south on toasted white bread with a side of Mac and cheese. Mac and cheese was not the best I’ve ever had so I suggest trying all the soups and finding which one you like the most. You can also sample salads as well. Great portions for the amount you pay and food is good.

Bought a small to-go container, ate part with crackers, 8 hrs later was suffering from food poisoning. This location needs managed! I'm very pro-small business and do not take giving a bad review lightly. Clean it up!!
I do not recommend this place if you are going to have your lunch, they take a long time to prepare a salad and to make matters worse, it is not what you ordered. The restaurant employees serve you with a thuggish face and the older lady called Miss Betty is very racist. with the Latinos, from what I see, I wouldn't really return to this place.

Pretty quiet inside and in a parking lot away from the main street and can be hard to find. Few eating places nearby in same area. Did not want a meal that would take a long time. My scoop of chicken salad came with a huge green grape. I would have rather had chicken salad where the grape was. The broccoli salad was ok. Service was ok, but why doesn't anyone greet people anymore and say thank you. Guess I am old school. It was clean and bathroom was ok.Parking: Might have to walk a little if they are busy, because of sharing parking with other businesses.
Sweet people working here, but SO slow. 8 people waiting for food. 13 people in line. One open cash register. Slow!!!!!

Sean and Dillon from the Alpharetta location were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Dillon helped me through my online order and he was so patient! And because Dillon was awesome I had to speak to the manager and his name is Sean! He was amazing as well! I will be ordering from chicken salad chick a lot now! Great food and great people working for the company!

One of the reasons I have always loved Chicken Salad Chick is because until today I have never received a serving of their chicken salad that contained any gristle. Today was definitely not my lucky day. At lunch today I ordered a sandwich and 2 scoops from the Alpharetta location, planning to have half for lunch and take the remaining half home for a quick, easy dinner. I found a large gristle in one of the scoops while eating lunch. I thought "well, everyone can have an off day". But, when I ate the remainder for dinner, I found 2 more large pieces of gristle in the same scoop. I know this may not be an issue for some customers but it definitely is for me. Getting a piece of gristle in my mouth while eating any meat is disgusting. I will not eat there again.
