I never eaten at Chili's before. On veterans day we decided to try it, and ordered from the special veterans menu the Just Bacon Burger which was awesome. My husband ordered the margarita grilled chicken which he enjoyed. We will go back again.

absolute garbage customer service. don't get togo orders they'll shove the food through your window before you're even ready to grab it, made a massive mess in my car because of them and they just walked away, i would vote negative 5 stars if i could

Worst customer service. Ordered food online. They are tied up to DoorDash for delivery. Waited for 45 min and food did not arrive. Called the restaurant and they asked to pick up the food instead of waiting for delivery.When reached they were already closed for the day even before 1 hour of there usual weekend hours. Could not go in as doors were closed. Stood outside , knocking the doors waiting for some one to respond but no one turned up . Finally called the pickup number and asked to Handover the food .Paid delivery fee and driver tip but still had to go and pick up and no refunds

Okay we walk in and most all of the tables and booths in the bar have dirty dishes and glasses on them. The 2 waitresses are scrambling and working hard because there are several customers in there but there's a young guy who works there standing behind the bar with his arms folded watching tv - tennis was on and doing absolutely nothing!!! while they're doing all the work. Don't know if he's the manager but doesn't matter - he needed to pitch in and help instead of standing around doing nothing - loafing. To top it off the shrimp we ordered were not cooked long enough - I know what properly cooked shrimp tastes like and what the texture should be. And that's ditto for the rubbery chicken. And the Enchilada soup was a bowl full of salt - saltiest soup I've ever tasted. Guys get your act together over there or your going to wind up like Macaroni next door that went out of business a couple of years ago.

Probably the worst meal that I ever had. We ordered the 2 for $25 with my portion being the sirloin steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were rotten potatoes boiled in dishwater and then the steak had no seasoning and smelled like canned dog food and we won’t even go there on the taste. I’ve ate at Chili’s all across Georgia and this was hands down the worst meal not only at Chili’s but the worst meal that I have had all of my life.

"Value".....love their 3 for $10 menu and 2 for $25.00. You also get a $5.00 Presidential Margarita option with the 2 for $25. The food was great and the service was good. We will be back!

Innovative. The app lets you see the live wait time and even lets you wait virtually. You can order food through the app before you get there too. Menu has great cheap options as well as expensive options. The 3 for $10 and $25 for two can't be beat. Also comes with $5 presidente margaritas with multiple flavor options if you choose from the value menu. Over the years the kids menu has gotten more expensive with worse and worse food but the rest of the menu has remained competitive. There is a machine on each table that lets you order dessert, play games, and pay the bill - great if you are in a rush to leave as you don't have to wait on the waiter to bring the check. Good rewards program with some caveats on redemptions - make sure you read the fine print. Overall, don't expect gourmet food but great place for the money.

ALWAYS Short staffed. This restaurant is run a just a few people who do Everything. I tip really good bc I don’t want them to quit. I love eating here. They need more WORKERS. Seriously they need to hire more people bc it’s next to airport they get a lot of customers. BE PREPARED FOR WAIT TIMES DUE TO SHORT STAFF. TIP THEM WELL THEY DESERVE IT. THE MGMT ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE WORK THERE.

Took over 45 minutes to get our food. We had to flag someone down to get drink refills every time we needed one. Our table was full of menus, cups and plates with no room because no one took them as we finished our appetizer, etc. Seems like this place is headed for quick failure post-covid as they have little staff working and those who are there aren’t attentive. Would especially NOT recommend if you have young children who aren’t willing to spend well over an hour sitting at a table.

Chili's is fairly consistent no matter when you go; it's always average at best. The food is pretty good. I've enjoyed most things I've tried there. However, the service is almost always poor. They probably don't have enough servers or enough people in the kitchen right now, because it can take 10 minutes to be greeted, 12 minutes to get your beverages, and 30 to 40 minutes for you to get your food. The last two times we went into the Chili's on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, we had Danny as our server. It appears as though he may have been covering 25 to 50% of the dining room because he was all over the restaurant. When he's finally able to greet you and take your order, he is friendly and welcoming. It simply takes a long time for him to come back and bring your drinks and food. If you go in for dinner these days, you can expect to spend 90+ minutes. Your typical dining experience is closer to 60 minutes, so this gives you a good idea of how long it will take. PRESTO MACHINES Finally, whoever introduced the Presto machines at Chili's and put one on every table, including the bar, should be fired. (Hahaha - I'm joking but somewhat serious). These are the MOST annoying machines. No matter which Chili's I go to, these machines do not function properly. Many of the servers will simply refuse to give you a check or process your payment. They insist that you use the Presto machine to pay. If you've received some type of reward or promotion through their Rewards program, the only way to take advantage of the offer is through the Presto machine. I probably spent 3 to 5 minutes trying to enter my phone number so that my Reward would appear. The number pad on the screen itself and the small physical one underneath the screen does not function, or at least 80% of the numbers don't work. So, if you're looking for some pretty good food, and you don't mind waiting 30+ minutes to get your food, then definitely try Chili's. I guess I'll probably keep going back because they continue to send me promotions. See you at Chili's - Hahaha P.S. Watch out for the potholes in the parking lot...!!!

Local Review

Picked up Togo and it was really disappointing. I get the mushroom Swiss burger at least once at month but as of recently it has been dry and the buns weren't toasted. Even the Cajun pasta which you would think would be impossible to mess up , sucked. So disappointed.

Hands down this is the WORST PLACE to eat. Today we went in at 9:30 pm and got out at 12 am with out eating, thats how bad their service is. We literally walked out hungry with togo boxes. I wish i could give negative stars. Worst place ever. untrained people working there. Never going bavk again. Who wants to go again when you already know they are hojnv pack your food and send you home hungry.
